He is very dedicated to finding a solution to your pain. I trust his judgment in finding pain relief for me. Friendly staff as well.

Dr Hou has been attentively trying to relive my back pain I have been a patient for 4 years he has done 6 different procedures to try and stop the pain. He advised I was not a candidate for back surgery so we took the route above. I wouldn’t do the surgery even if I was a candidate. So now at the end of the road he is going to place the Spinal Cord Stimulator. He has provided me with Information on equipment and have answered all questions patiently. His front/back staff are very pleasant but slow on return calls and obtaining authorization(s) from insurance companies. The wait time in the office for a appointment has not been a major problem he is really off schedule, as long as, I have seeing him. With all this said, Dr Hou is kind, patient person whom still possess the qualities of making patients comfortably and importan. A lot of dr’s these days try and rush patients thru their offices to keep revenue up. While, I know he has to keep his up, he does give that impression. Thanks

Dr Hou is fine, if maybe a little hard to understand. However, his admin staff doesn't return phone calls and they don't respond to paperwork requests from insurance. My last procedure ended up being denied because they never sent in the requested backup despite multiple requests from me and my insurance company.

Dr. Hou is horrible. I saw him for my sciatica and to schedule nerve block. Because I have Von Willebrand's disease (clotting disorder) I need an infusion of Humate-P. Dr. Hou saw this in my records and said ok, that is not a problem, I can work with a another specialist to assist in that area. Dr. Hou changed his mind. Then changed his mind again. Day of Humate-P was not there. He offered me a Starbucks card for the inconvenience. I wrote a letter to Multicare's Board.

I have only seen Dr. Hou once, non-urgently. I was specifically seeking a doctor who specializes in injections. His educational background and accreditation's are impressive. His receptionist was extremely friendly. I didn't wait long in the waiting area. The nurse who took me back was super friendly. Dr. Hou was very kind and informative. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail.
