He is my wife's surgeon: competent, able to put people at ease and in short the kind of doctor anyone would want.

He had great bedside manner did a great job, even though my procedure was a little bit painful

Wait time was not long and staff were very friendly and I felt at ease with the nurses and doctors. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Hoffman performed an intricate procedure on my carotid artery. He explained everything about it in as much detail as I wanted. He also possesses a most important quality in a physician--he listens. And, he has a sense of humor. He is genuine, sincere, and experienced.

Dr. Hoffman and his staff are amazing! If you want to walk away knowing the why’s behind your condition then you need to see this Dr! For years I’ve had issues with my legs always hurting. I call them my verygross veins instead of vericose veins :(. Then as I got older, they started to become very painful. I’m grateful that I finally found a great vein specialist!! He has a sense of humor too which is important to me!

Knowledgeable....kind to talk me through the procedure to elevate my anxiety.

I have had Venous Insufficiency for many years. Working in a retail environment standing on my feet for many hours for many years had finally caught with me. My leg was extremely swollen and infected. I was recommended to Dr Hoffman by my personal physician. Dr. Hoffman explained to me that there were six stages of development for venous insufficiency. My left leg was at stage two. My right leg was at stage four. Venous insufficiency would not heal. It would only get worse. After consulting with my doctor, family, and friends, I decided to accept Dr. Hoffman's recommendation and have the VenaSeal (Glue) closure procedure. When I arived for the procedure, I was quite nervous. I asked many questions which were answered to my satisfaction. There were four nurses to prepare me for the procedure: washing my legs with an antiseptic solution, attaching me to a heart monitoring machine, and connecting me to intravenous anesthesia. The two doctors entered and applied a local anesthesia with a syringe. Later, they inserted a small catheter to inject the glue into my Greater Saphanous vein on both legs. When finished, the nurses cleaned my legs, bandaged the entry point, wrapped my legs with gauze, and then wrapped my legs with Ace bandages. When finished, I was ready to walk out of the office. I believe that this method to treat venous insufficiency is state of the art and is preferable to other methods used in the past. Was it painless? NO. It was similar to having someone pinch your skin real hard. But, all things considered, the procedure was relatively fast. I considered the nurses and doctors to be top notch. They answered ALL of my questions and gave detailed post operative instructions. I have had Venous Insufficiency for many years. Excellent surgeon. I have had very little pain or soreness after he removed my gallbladder. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Hoffman is a great and caring surgeon. He did both of my carotid surgeries and you can barely see the scar from 3 years ago and the last one I had just a couple of months ago is healing very nicely. THANK YOU DR. HOFFMAN!

Amazing staff and very friendly. Dr. Hoffman did an amazing job on my surgery. And left me feeling very confident and in awww over my recovery. Kind, knowledgeable, skilled & compassionate. I have worked in medical schools with more than 550+ doctors, & he is a man that rises above the rest. In fact, he was so kind that I wondered if he really is a surgeon, LOL. Seriously, I am a RN, FNP & PNP, & I would select home for surgery on anyone in my family!

Dr. Hoffman was exceptional. From the first referral he was kind, gentle, extremely knowledgeable. From my first meeting with him to the pre surgery and post surgery follow ups I could feel the spirit of God, a peace that resounds into his patients. Office staff were just as great! Every one I met or talked to was exceptional in their kindness and time spent with me. They daily do surgery but it felt like they understood it wasn’t an everyday for me but life altering and I felt important and that they truly cared about me and this time for me. Dr. Hoffman is top notch in my opinion. He accepted a challenge when he decided to do my surgery. I would recommend him very quickly for someone needing vascular surgery.
