The staff and Dr. Hess we’re very courteous and professional.

From the medical assistant, Dr. Hess, and to all the nurse that helped me, a very professional and caring practice.

One of the best in his field for several reasons. Top reason, patient communication. He will make sure to listen and help you understand what the issues are and best plan for moving forward. There is no way he would ever be as successful without the amazing staff at his disposal.

I highly recommend Dr. Hess and his team! Do not procrastinate on scheduling a colonoscopy, it could save your life!

Excellent care by entire staff. My first colonoscopy and they all made me feel at ease and were extremely friendly and caring. Dr Hess introduced himself with a genuine smile and took time to make me feel like a person rather than a number. I had no problems and was back to normal by the evening (besides driving of course). I highly recommend Dr Hess.

Great experience. Dr Hess was very informative and calming as he sensed a nervousness i had with my procedure. He called with my biopsy report within days. Very personable and professional. I definitely would recommend him to anyone that needed a service he offers.

I was very happy with the efficacy of my treatment.

Really liked Dr. Hess...I think my timeliness for being "better" was off. Just taking me longer to being pain free.

Great doctor

Dr. Hess and his team are the best wouldn't go anywhere else. Very caring answere

Doctor Hess is gentle and explains everything. He's the best.

Dr. Hess is very kind. He listens to his patients. He calls his patients personally to discuss test results. The office staff is friendly and responsive to questions.

Dr. Hess was very professional. Procedure went great. I would highly recommend.

Dr Hess and his staff are one of the best Dr teams in the city. Professional and very friendly. He is so smart and figured out my abdonminal probelms right away. Listened to my issues, and helped me manage my care. He is always very kind and understanding. I would highly reccomend Dr David Hess.

Easy in easy out. No nonsense. Liked Dr. Hess and the Anatheasiologist. Perfectly painless.

What I like most about Dr. Hess is his gentle and caring personality. He speaks so you can understand and calls you personally with any results

Loved the doctor

He is so sweet and knowledgeable. He fit me in quickly, took lots of time to ask great questions and scheduled me for follow up. He is the best ! You won’t go wrong with him !

Called three times , left name and message. Never recieved a phone a phone call back. Went some where else.

Seen him for abdominal discomfort and a feeling of fullness. He ran an x-ray and a blood test which came back unremarkable so we tried a medication for IBS to no avail. I've lost nearly 20 pounds over the past 8 months and Dr. Hess was reluctant to do anything. Didn't want to do anymore testing and claimed he didn't know what else he could do for me regardless of my weight loss. I would not advise anyone to see this doctor if you need someone to help you. I saw Doctor Hess on 12/18/2019 for a procedure at Mercy West Endoscopy. They nurses there were great, nice just made me feel right at home. Then I met Doctor David Hess oh my what a great doctor, I think he a great doctor.

Dr. Hess is a wonderful, kind, intelligent, honest man.

Dr. Hess just saw me the other day in the hospital. He ran one test and said he didn't know what was wrong and he wasn't going to run any additional test I had bad stomach pains. If you are looking for a doctor that listens to you Dr. Hess isn't the correct doctor for you.

My husband & I think Dr. Hess is one of the BEST doctors in Cincinnati. He has a great personality & compassion for his patients. A truly wonderful man! He had a hand in saving my life in 2012. Hate to think about him ever retiring.

Dr Hess came highly recommended by my PCP. I have had 2 colonoscopies performed by him. He and his staff are great. Hr Hess calls me personally the following day with the results of biopsy.
