Dr. David Harbour

One of the most rude inconsiderate doctors I have ever met. does not pay attention to details such as I have the disc and reports from one week prior regarding my pinched nerve. Yet he wanted to go another route and do another MRI my mother who is a nurse for 40 years even disagreed with them he got loud with her and was very disrespectful if I was not paralyzed in that bed it would have ended differently. I followed up within an hour at viera hospital and was treated with courtesy and respect and got the treatment I needed and feel 100% better now that I saw a real doctor after Dr David m harbor has changed the way I look at doctors what a joke how do they get their licenses. I'm not a doctor but my orthopedic surgeon had me go to an MRI and they gave a very thorough complete accurate description of my injuries but this doctor didn't believe it he couldn't treat me because he wanted to do it his way which would be irradiate me with another MRI I don't quite understand where these doctors get off when the doctor at the proceeding emergency room was able not only to call the orthopedic surgeon but agreed with the MRIs he had already provided through the MRI imaging office. Dr. Harbour was highly professional and empathetic to our needs, the same for the Nursing staff and the PA. However, prior to us being contacted by the Provider’s Billing Manager (10/22), the General staff personnel had little interest in resubmitting the claim or reducing the payment to a cash-payment amount. The front desk personnel originally stated that Medicare would give them the full amount of the claim ($250), but Medicare would only allow $140. The Provider’s own website states, “…If we are unable to bill your insurance company, we offer reasonable self-care rates for our services…” Prior to being contacted by the Provider’s Billing Manager, we had been trying to contact the Provider’s Billing Office, for 3 weeks, to speak with someone of authority to resolve Medicare denying the claims. However, the only staff that spoke with us was the front desk and they provided no real assistance and told us that we owed the full amount of the claim submitted to Medicare. Both Ryan and A

Pill pusher. Pushed too many medications, antibiotics, steroids, all which made my mom worse. All for what we found out later was a cold. Shameful. His office staff seem hurried, not caring.
