Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Absolutely would not use this dr if you can help it.

This physician and his office would not respond to his patient’s phone calls or voicemails. My son was in desperate need for an appointment to get a duplicate script for hIs CPAP machine. His had broke and was under recall. They knew his O2 levels drop to 60% at night and had not slept for days and they couldn’t care less. Repeated calls for help were ignored. Stay away from this physician and his staff. Evidently a patient’s health and well being are of no importance here. I have had no problems with the staff or Dr Guan I found a lot of information on my COPD The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

I have been going to Dr Guan for several years now and Ashley is awesome so is the other staff. Dr Guan is a great doctor.

Staff was very nice and polite! The doctor was also very nice! Office was very neat and very clean! It was nothing like the bad reviews say! I was pleasantly surprise! I would definitely recommend this doctors office!

Dr Guan office very helpful and really helped me out. I have better and fulfilling days now without being so tired all the time. Staff was great and Dr is great.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this "doctor". Complete waste of my time and money. Debit machine was down and would not see me unless I paid in cash immediately. Had to leave and come back after waiting almost an hr. He called my problem a "nonsense diagnosis". Sure lets insult your patient thats very professional...............150.00 dollars down the flipping drain.

Dr Guan really took the time to explain why I was always tired in the daytime. Further get got me on the correct treatment with ease. The staff have always been nice to me and I had no issue getting copy's of my records to take home. Overall excellent choice.

Dr. David Guan is one of the most diligent, honest healthcare providers I have come to encounter. Not only does David make every appointment with the patient personal and specialized, but from what I have personally seen, I know this man is capable, reliable, and really provides for his office, employees, and anyone in need of help. Would fully recommend anyone to Dr. Guan for any health problems relating to lung or sleep disorders.

I started seeing Dr. Guan in Chattanooga in 2013. When I moved to Cleveland, I then started seeing him in Athens. However, since Stan left and he got the new assistant, I'm leaving him. The new assistant is rude and impatient. My sister saw him for years before she passed and my mother has seen him for years. I'm sad, Im leaving Dr. Guan, but I have health issues and many doctor appts and I have to choose between appts and rescedule sometimes to my more important ones

This place is the most unprofessional I've ever seen in my life. The doctor doesn't talk to you at all about your results. Until after you've spent two nights there. I had no clue what was going on until the technition came in the room an even he didn't have specific instructions. The equipment they use isn't sanitary. I had to ask for it to be wiped down after noticing residue left on it. (They use the same mask and equipment on every one.) I do NOT reccomend this place. Awful.

The staff is terrible!!! Horrible experience!!!!!

I did not enjoy my experience at their Chattanooga office. First appt. wait for an hour just to get my vitals and weight checked. While consulting with Dr. Guan, I guess the shareholders came in and I was rushed out...guess my health wasn't as important. He scheduled me to get a CT scan and my insurance needed some clarifications, it has bee almost a month and he has not contacted them. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
