Dr Grace corrected my Meds, and working and feeling better I went back for another appt.a few days later . Becasuse I was getting worse, And experience not good.

Dr Grace took the time to sit with me and explain my issue in depth. He does not treat you like a number and that is rare these days. The technology millennium uses makes a visit easy. The entire staff we dealt with in the office were great also.

I went to Dr. Grace's office for a checkup. I was new to this area and explained my health situation to him personally in the visit. I did not have insurance because it had expired approximately five days before my visit. So, I paid the bill for the visit right under $300. Dr. Grace wanted bloodwork done so I went and got my blood work done. That was a cash price of right under $400. I explained to him that I needed prescriptions refilled and I have eight different prescriptions and none of these prescriptions are narcotic based, which means none of these have to deal with pain. They are maintenance prescriptions for a serious internal health condition. Dr. Grace said he would have no problem refilling my prescriptions at any time. When the time came for me to fill my prescriptions Because I ran out of that prescription that was prescribed by the previous doctor from where I moved from. I had to go to his office because nobody would pick up the phone. I explained this to his personnel in the office and they said I should have left a message. I told them I cannot pronounce some of the complex names of these prescriptions and felt more comfortable talking to somebody in person. So they called in my prescriptions at the office that I needed at that time to my pharmacy. Now one of my other prescriptions from my previous doctor has run out and I told the pharmacy I needed it refilled and they contacted the doctors office. This is what the doctors office told me to do in the future to let the pharmacy know and the pharmacy would contact them and it would be refilled. I checked back with the pharmacy and they told me my prescription was denied. I called Dr. Grace's office and guess what happened? Nobody answered the phone. I will have to go down to the office again and find out what's going on. It is only been like three months since my bloodwork and doctors visit. Gasoline costs a lot and the prescriptions cost a lot. I cannot be making unnecessary trips to the doctors office with the price of gas. I cannot pay for unnecessary Dr. appointments if this is the case for not renewing my prescription. I cannot continue to go through this hassle to get my prescriptions. I do not know why this is happening but I will find out after this weekend today's date is 6-17 -2022.Prescriptions cost a lot of money when you don't have insurance. Dr. Grace has been our family physician for many years. We trust him implicitly, and highly recommend him.

One of the most compassionate Drs who listens and understands. Him and his staff are the best!

Never returns calls, can't get in to see him for diabetic questions and needs, didn't bother to refill much needed prescriptions and has a very uncaring and aloof attitude.

I've had two visits with Dr David Grace and it was very well organized and thorough. We moved down from Georgia & I was nervous to find a doctor I loved as much as my previous. I found Dr. Grace thru online reviews. After my first visit I was so relieved. He’s kind, gentle & very understanding. I actually like him more than the life-long Dr we had n Ga. He has the sweetest nurse, I just love her. She is precious. If you can't reach a dr they shouldn't be referred.. we have to do better with Healthcare! Called for 2 weeks as a new patient and nobody answers the phone, no return calls.

Awful- had for less than a year before he abruptly left 2 weeks after my prior appointment leaving a disabled patient reliant on medication with no primary care.

I am also another patient left in the lurch. I do not know what happened, but I feel it was handled abysmally, and would not choose to remain in the practice where they care so little for their patients.

Dr. Grace has been an amazing doctor. Every visit was perfect, he was always respectful, and took care of whatever issues I had. Now he’s gone from the office. I know he would not have left without preparing most of his patients. I still don’t have an appointment with another primary doctor. Its a bit scary to see that a company doesn’t give some notice to the patients. Dr. Grace it you reading this, please know you are missed!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Grace for over 20 years. We have no idea how to contact him and feel at a loss as to what to do and what Dr. to go to now?

Dr. Grace had been my doctor for several years. I had an appointment booked with him for February. Then I find out he no longer works there. No notice no explanation no nothing. Office staff claims to have no knowledge if he is practicing elsewhere. I've seen a few reviews on here saying the same thing and then the response is to call the office. Well I've called and been in there and recieved no answer.

This is outrageous. I received a letter saying Dr Grace is no longer with Pinnacle Group with no explanation at all. It’s insulting to just receive a letter like that. I’ve been with him for almost 20 years. But they added I could have another one of their doctors. Did he retire? Is he ill? Can I reach him somewhere else? I called his office and got no answers. I already had an appointment scheduled for March. What a stupid way to tell long time patients … he’s just gone. Corporate nasty coldness. And they think I would use one of their other doctors? Been going to Dr Grace for years, had an appointment this month and just got a phone call saying he’s no longer with the practice and they would not let us know where he had gone. I assume if he retired they would have said that? Does anyone know where he went?

I've been a patient of Dr. Grace's for just over two years now. He talks to you on a real level, won't sugarcoat any answers to your health-related questions. I am always taken back early and out of the office within 15 minutes or less. Dr. Grace has years of medical experience and I trust him to be my PCP. I feel comfortable talking to him, I don't ever feel judged, and I always leave knowing I got the best medical advice. His nurse, Cindy, is always great and makes sure my information stays current and correct. Check in and check out is always quick and efficient.

I slipped and felt a groin muscle tear. I practice gentle yoga stretching warm-ups three mornings weekly and am able to focus on the area with pain. I am in great physical shape, and control my weight within plus or minus 5 pounds. DR Grace went out of his way to work me into his always busy schedule the next day ! I am 81 years old, and do not take any prescription medications now. (I had a little high blood pressure when I started with him several years ago. ) Obviously he worked with me .

I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in by the nurse at precisely my appointment time. But the really big surprise was no wait time between the nurse and Dr. Grace seeing me. He was not wearing a lab coat which I like as it helps level the playing field. He listened to me. He answered my questions with explanations that I understood. His questions of me suggested he is a great doctor. Before he exited, he asked if I had any additional questions or concerns.

Dr. Grace and his nurse greeted me right on time! No waiting past my appointment time. He was thoughtful, listened to my concerns and proceeded to exam me. I will use him again.
