Dr. Gerstein and his staff are welcoming and give expert care. They take the time to listen and address concerns. Any procedures I've had they have explained in detail what to expect easing any fears. Very thankful for Dr. Gerstein and his staff.

I have only talked to Dr. Gerstein for 10 mins for my mole removal consultation and then decided to find another dermatologist. I want to share my personal opinion regarding his communication style so that other potential clients can choose.After all there are lots of good doctors in Indy. When I went into the office with him and his student, he saw my last name on the information form and immediately commented," that cannot be your original last name." Then he wants to know where I came from originally, where I work, where my husband works etc. While that might be his idea of small talk, I feel like all of the conversations make me feel uncomfortable, and quite frankly, it's none of his business. After that, he strongly suggested I use this new method (with a 91% accurate rate) to check my mole, requiring me to go back to the office at least two times to get the result back. The amount of time and energy and $100 co-pay for his service are not worth it for me. Dr Gerstein is a great dermatologist. He's prompt, professional, great communicator and love his sense of humor

I visit Dr. Gerstein regularly to treat my acne.

Easy to schedule an appointment & get in for an urgent visit. Did not have to wait long in the waiting room & easy check out.

I have been going to him for years for multiple skin cancers that have popped up on my face. I now travel 2+ hours to see him because of the trust I have in him!

He did diagnose wrong disease two times.first day he sold me one shampoo but it did not help after he gave pills it did not also help.there is not hypocrite in that clinic

Overpriced, money grabber. Got charged for a 5min consultation close to $200 and went for visit at a different location for half the price with better consultation. Spent majority of the time discussing how I misidentified my problem (as patient with no medical background), insulting my previous doctor (moved to a different city) and immediately suggested a surgery. Went down the street to Dawes Fretzin and was suggested a treatment more thorough and with minimal cost. Overpriced, money grabber. Find a better dermatologist, you can't.

I've been seeing a dermatologist for acne since I was probably 14 (I'm 24) and he's the first person to get my skin clear and actually care about the outcome for me. He's also super nice and friendly, always on time and appointments are quick.

Very satisfied. Dr. Gerstein has taken care of me and my two kids for various things. Accutane for Acne can be a little concerning, but he implemented a more gradual approach that made the whole process more gentle yet incredibly effective. He has always taken good care of us and is always pleasant.

Dr Gerstein is kind, patient, and knowledgeable dermatologist. His staff are so nice to work with. I appreciate how much extra time they take to educate me on how to care of my skin. They also take the time to learn about the concerns I have with my skin. If you want the feel of a small office with great customer service Meridian Dermatology is the perfect fit for you. Number 1 rated dermatologist in this area. Lives up to the reputation. Explains everything very well and gives me the feeling he actually cares about you and his profession.

I looked up "best dermatologist Indy"and Dr. Gerstein was on the lists I reviewed. So I made and appointment was not disappointed. He did a great job and was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Gerstein was the first Dermatologist I have ever visited, and he has been incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone else thinking of visiting a Dermatologist for the first time.

I have been going to Dr. Gerstein for years for chronic skin cancer. His care has helped me prevent more serious cancers, and even reduced the occurance of cancer spots.

When I was younger, I sustained a tremendous amount of sun damage that has caught up with me throughout the years. Dr. Gerstein has been instrumental in making sure that the damage I suffered in my youth stays under control and doesn't lead to anything serious. Treating areas of concern as well as receiving additional chemical peel services has really made a difference in the quality of my skin. I highly recommend him and his incredible staff for your dermatology needs.

Dr. Gerstein removed a mole from the side of my nose. The process was painless, stressless, and now, not only is the mole not there, you cannot even tell I ever had a mole there. He did a great job.

So happy to have been referred to Dr. Gerstein! He always takes time to talk over any of my concerns and is thorough with his exams. The office staff is very friendly and they always seem to run on time. The office has a calming feel to it which is great because I'm a nervous patient. I go every 6 months due to my history. I highly recommend!

Dr. Gerstein was my dermatologist for 10 years before I moved to SC. I thought I'd just find a new one where I lived but had horrible experiences with the dermatologists there. I was going to be home for Christmas and reached out to see if I could meet with him. He came, during the holidays AND when his office was closed, just to see me. I'm not sure how many doctors would do that for their patients. Dr. Gerstein is HANDS DOWN the best dermatologist! I will continue to fly home just to see him!

I have been a patient of this office for 17 yrs. They are my go to Dr. for ANYTHING skin related. From rashes to cosmetic injections. They are the best. Very caring, knowledgeable, great adive. Best of all Great Results. Facials, derma plane, facial peels, botox, juvederm, skin care line, ultherapy, its all available at this practice.Best of all you come out looking refreshed not scary!

I had an uncomfortable cyst on my thigh very near my buttock and, based on a previous skin cancer nodule removed by Dr. Gerstein, I had him examine the offending cyst. His medical assistant injected the novacaine and Dr. Gerstein excised the cyst painlessly. He carefully sutured the incision to minimize the scar. From start to finish, Dr. Gersrtein and his medical staff made the procedure comfortable, predictable and actually quite funny based on the comraderie of his surgical team. #1 job!

I have a history of skin cancer. I see Dr. Gerstien every 6 months. He is a very good dermatologist. Dr. Gerstien has excellent bedside manor and he is very easy to talk to. He does a very thorough scan and I have grown to love visiting his team. I purchase Skin Medica products from his office and they perform wonderful chemical peels. They can always get me in when needed and my husband and children love seeing him as well. I cannot recommend a better Dermatologist in Indiana!
