I went to Dr. Fuentes because I wanted to have an allergy doctor near where I live. I have a somewhat unusual condition that was diagnosed by a leading doctor who had studied that particular problem. I also have all the symptoms of that condition. Dr. Fuentes, without doing any lab tests or any other diagnostic work other than listening to my symptoms, decided to make a drastic change in my diagnosis. After researching the symptoms of his diagnosis on reliable medical sites, it is clear that I have no symptoms for the diagnosis he gave. Also, his attitude toward me was rather superior. I like to be talked to, not talked at.

We have been going to Dr Fuentes office for over a year. He is a great dr. That is the only reason I gave him a 2 and not a 1. However, the front office ladies were so rude today that I will be changing doctors. The main lady is usually slightly rude but today they were aweful.

Dr. David Fuentes is a wonderful and very thorough doctor. He gave me excellent care and I highly recommend him.

I took my 2.5 year-old to see Dr. Fuentes for some allergy and asthma concerns. The staff was efficient and helpful. Dr. Fuentes had a wonderful bedside manner and you can tell he's highly informed in his area of expertise. We were very impressed and highly recommend him and his staff.

I have heard good things about Dr. Fuentes, so this review doesn't necessarily pertain to him. My review is based on how I was treated by the office staff over the phone. I was trying to set an appointment to get tested for a rare allergy that my doctor ordered and the lady who answered was extremely condescending and rude and treated me like I was stupid. It was enough for me to get mad enough to write a review. I am curious to how they keep patients when their staff is so rude.

Unfortunately, we have had several problems with their billing department. I was not billed for over a year on my daughter's issues and then I get a bill for over $400.00 and was told that the previous billing person had not been submitting the information. The most recent was a bill for my son they handed me when I came into the office that was over 150 days old!! When I called I was told it was stuck in his folder and never mailed to us! Ridiculous when I have asked every time we went in.

Dr. Fuentes is great, unfortunately is staff is terrible. We will not be using this office again. We have been trying to get our daughters prescription order sent to her school. All they have to say is they are busy and will get to it when they have time. Whoever answered the phone stated we should have come in earlier and cut me off. Great customer service never begins speaking over your customer.

Dr. Fuentes is outstanding! He explains things to me in a concise, yet down-to-earth way. I appreciate that he takes a genuine interest in my needs.

Super Doc, very knowledgeable allergist. He cleared up my life time allergies to extent that I can function in cedar, ragweed & mold. Had eight infection one year. Now I get one or none a year which usually start from cold or other illness going around. Have annual well appt so don't see him much since allergy shots ended for me--SUPER RECOMMENDATION!!! Has brand new facility in Boerne TX. Glen in Boerne
