Dr Francis and his staff are very friendly and caring.

I've been a patient of Dr. Francis since 2016. In the past 7 years He has surgically corrected some major foot problems I've had for years, as well as treated ongoing conditions. As I left his office today. I thought of how much pain I would have if I hadn't been his patient. He is brilliant. personable, takes time to answer all questions. He stays cutting edge with new studies and treatments. He is an amazing doctor. I am blessed to have him on my health-care team! I think everyone should have a podiatrist, dentist, and primary care doctor.

Outstanding experience! Dr. Francis is thorough. When I left, I had complete confidence that Dr. Francis understood my issues and I had a good understanding for what I needed to do. His assistant was very helpful. I’m glad I got this appointment!!

Dr. Francis, and everyone I have encountered at his office, are absolutely wonderful! Friendly and helpful…listens and explains…kind with an excellent attitude! Foot surgery is definitely one of those things that interrupts life, but will be worth it in the end. Dr. Francis and his staff are the only way to go!

Dr Francis did my Bunectomy’s in 2000 & now fixing a tendon in my foot with terrific orthotics! He is terrific, talented and all round nice guy! I highly recommend!

My admiration and appreciation for Dr Francis' thoroughness, very forward thinking, research, practice, more holistic “bigger picture”, attention to detail and thoughtful communication approach has, from “outstanding,” years back, when I had but a toe bone spur, increased tenfold plus. The practice at Tulsa Metro also has a delightful, supportive staff. In a nutshell, I think the practice is experienced people to trust with one's health and contributing to one's quality of living when life isn't particularly kind and in sync with our wishes to age well. I've been seeing Dr. Francis for over 10 years. I'm more than satisfied with every aspect of his practice. The staff have been friendly and helpful in every interaction and Dr Francis is just wonderful! I'd had a persistent problem with plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma in both feet for over a year. I'd tried every remedy my primary care doctor had suggested and everything that didn't appear too crazy from searching the internet. I'd also begun having terrible pain in my ankles, knees and hips. Dr Francis told me the pain from the plantar fasciitis and the Morton's neuroma had caused me to change my gait, which had inflamed the osteo-arthritis in my ankles, knees and hips. He recommended a simple, on-label change to the way I was using an over-the-counter medication I was already taking, explaining it clearly to me. I saw relief in just a few days, and it was all cleared up in a week! Using his advice, I've managed the foot conditions and the arthritis for over 10 years!

Staff courteous, helpful; sign in process too long, counter way to high as some people could barely see over! Never seen sign in area that high. Facility seemed clean and organized. Once in room, not a long wait.

Have been a patient of Dr. Francis since around 1994 . He has repaired both feet several times . Won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Francis was very thorough and seemed very interested in solving my toe problem. The surgery is done, my little toe is straight, and there was hardly any pain at all. Wonderful job!

Dr. Francis removed both of my bunions, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience and the care I received. He did a great job, and, believe it or not, I did not even experience enough pain to take even 1 pain pill. I was able to walk from day one (in a boot), and this summer I was able to wear some rather unforgiving high heels to my daughter’s wedding. Needless to say, I refer anyone who asks me (and some who do not, lol) to Dr Francis. BTW, I have just returned to seek his help with a cyst that has developed on top of my foot. Dr. Francis took the time to explain what it was exactly and give me some options. I’m so glad I already had a doctor that I knew I could trust with this problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Francis was able to provide a diagnosis for all the pain I am experiencing. He recommended a plan of care to help get my issue under control. He was very knowledgeable and kind and offered futher help if needed in the future.

My foot was in horrible shape. Could not wear closed-toe shoes. Now I have no bunion and straight toes. All this done with hardly any pain. Thank you Dr. Francis!

I was amazed how quick Dr Francis figured out what my problem was after seeing me for 15 minutes. He had a great bedside manner! I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Francis. I have seen him for three different issues and he has exceeded my expectations. He listened to my concerns and took his time; I did not feel rushed at all. My mother and I went to our first visit with Dr. David Francis, DPM today. We were both very impressed, by the quality of care given by himself and his staff. There was very little wait time. They spent the time needed to discuss procedures and they went outside of his specialty to refer to other specialist as needed. Dr. Francis is a five out of five Doctor. You wouldn’t believe how much patience he has. I am in much less pain since my surgery.

Came in for a toenail fungus paid $50 co pay and he sent it off to test. When it came back he would not give me the prescription unless I came in and paid another $50 to get the prescription. He said the script may not be filled by insurance so I need to go to Gen X to fill it. It was a $10 co pay with my insurance. Both times telling me how creams do not work. I went to get the prescription filled only to find out I can not take it with the medications, which he had a list of. Left me a message that I could come by and get a script for some cream, which he said did not work.

Excellent bedside manor, thoroughly explains diagnosis and/or procedure, definitely would recommend to others!

Dr. Francis was highly recommended, from a friend of my sister. My new patient appointment was on 4/30/19, and my husband accompanied me, to see about a bunion and some toes that are curled under. I had filled out all the lengthy new patient paperwork ahead of time, stating "my goal," was maybe shoe inserts or orthotics maybe helpful, because my sister has the same problems and they help her. I don't know if Dr. Francis was having a bad day, but he was very rude and curt. After his evaluation he said sarcastically, "Why are you here?" If he had read my required new patient paperwork, he would have known the answer to that question. He left the room for a few minutes and I turned to my husband and said, "Is it just me, or is he being condescending?" My husband said, "He's being condescending." I was told he had a great bed-side manner and was so kind. I didn't see either one of those qualities in him. He did have a tech take x-rays and make some temporary arch supports, then sent me out the door. A few days later, a doctor's office called to schedule a test, that was never discussed by Dr. Francis. I was very disappointed with Dr. Francis. He needs to remember that without patients, there would be no need for his services. I know that first hand, I'm an RN. Needless to say, I'm going to find another podiatrist. Wonderful!!

We recently saw Dr. Francis for my sons foot. My son is only eight and Dr. Francis went above and beyond to help him and go over every part of the procedure before starting. Our son was completely comfortable and even commented on how the procedure didn’t even hurt. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Francis at the Midtown location. You won’t be disappointed. We had to visit Dr Francis at the midtown location for our son. He was kind and gentle. Dr Francis took his time and explained everything to us. Our son was never in any discomfort and lived talking about books with Dr Francis. I highly recommend having Dr Francis, you will not be disappointed

Dr Francis operated on my foot and had to remove the joint in my big toe because of arthritis. He and his staff were wonderful. Above and beyond what was required or expected.

This man saved my husband's foot...

Dr. Francis did a good exam and answered all my questions. Gave me a good plan to try before anything more drastic.

Professional and friendly. One occasion a bad ingrown toenail and the others was a gout attack, both were walk-ins and he treated me like I was a patient that had been coming there for years.

Great experience. Friendly and very thorough.

Have been in several times when I used to live in Tulsa. Dr. Francis was always able to find and solve the cause of the problem. He seems extremely knowledgeable about different treatment methods and had some creative ideas for getting me back to complete health.

Makes me feel like family and fixed my persistent foot pain when others could not.

I'm very disappointed. I recently had an ingrown toe surgery and recommended Dr. Francis to my son who was having a similar problem. I had used Dr. Tim Maklin in the past and he offered a quick fix to stop the pain, even though it wasn't a permanent fix. My son is an senior engineering student who is working almost full time on an internship. At the moment he has no time for a recovery from surgery. Dr Francis refused to do temporary fix of the problem. I am really upset.

I would not be walking without Dr. Francis. He repaired ligament and tendon injuries in my ankle that a previous surgeon had missed or neglected during surgery for broken bones. I will forever be thankful for the referrals I received for Dr. Francis from my doctor and physical therapist.

Dr Crotty has done miracles on my feet her and her staff

Threw out my blood. Told me not to go in after noon to have it re-drawn because that's their lunch time. Made it completely clear that they were fine with putting me out but not putting themselves out in the least bit to correct the issue. What about my lunch, my time from work. You can't miss 10 - 15 minutes of your lunch to re-draw blood you threw out. Or stay open 15 min late that day. Id call at 4:42 and get the message offices were closed but then the hours would read as 8-5

I had foot surgery performed by Dr. Francis and had a great experience and result. Having met several people that had the same procedure and hearing the problems they had I'm thankful I had a good doctor.
