Best dentist appointment for both of my kids that they have ever had! Dr. Fishbaugh and his staff are all AMAZING!

Dr. Fishbaugh is amazing and the staff is so friendly!! My daughter Ellie is 2 1/2 and he is great with her!

After a bad experience at Kalamazoo Pediatric dentistry a friend referred is to north pointe. It’s a little out of our way but the drive is well worth it. All of the staff goes out of their way to make the kids feel safe and welcomed. Dr. Fishbaugh did the same caps on my sons teeth that Kalamazoo pediatric dentistry wanted to do but without putting my son to sleep and in two short visits. The caps were applied in less than 10 min and for 1/4 or less of the cost Kalamazoo pediatric dentistry quoted me. They are friendly, clean and all around an amazing place. They had my 7, 3 and 1 year old all in and out in an hour today. We will never take our children anywhere else.

Dr. Fishbaugh was very kind and caring for both our 3 year old son and 6 year old daughter. When my daughter needed a filling, she asked Dr. Fishbaugh if it would be hard to do, and he said their motto there is, “Everything is easy.” I can attest that it is! He and his staff are wonderfully equipped to handle children’s dental needs. I would highly recommend the friendly, competent, compassionate staff at North Point Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr Fishbaugh and his staff are amazing! They have worked with my son (with special needs) for several years. The care he has received is outstanding, but beyond that, they have worked to get him comfortable with visiting the dentist and cleanings.

My children are always well taken care of at Northpoint. We've gone there for years and plan to go as long as possible. Very friendly staff who are gentle and patient with little ones.

My kids love him and his nurses! Even if we didnt get schedule with him, he at least pops in and says hi. If he has time he actually just see my kids like normal. I love this place.

Just finished another great check-up with Dr. Fishbaugh and his team! Every visit my children receive terrific care. The staff are easy to communicate with. They have built trust with my children and with me. Our appointments are always on time. Dr. Fishbaugh remarkably seems to remember my kid's interests and takes time to ask them questions. I have been willing to travel nearly an hour each way for the last 10+ years so that my children have the very best dental care from the very best team. I highly recommend Dr. Fishbaugh and Northpoint Pediatric Dentistry!

He is the best, he had even offered to help me pay for the office procedure for dental extraction if my insurance company was to deny. I can never go any where for my children’s dental care. There are so many words to use all I can say is that Dr Fishbaugh is the BEST we love him. His staff are kind warm and welcoming (MB)

We were recommended this dentists after my son had some bad experiences with other dentists. North Point is amazing place they are kind and Dr. Is so nice and professional. My son no longer has meltdowns in the chair instead he just lets then do what it's needed. It is worth the longer drive.

My 6-year-old daughter needed to have a tooth extracted. I had no idea how she would handle the procedure. Dr. Fishbaugh and his staff were comforting and gentle pros through the whole procedure. She did great and is still excited to go back for cleanings!

Our boys have been patients of Dr. Fishbaugh for almost 10 years. He is a phenomenal dentist. He’s very calm and patient, and our boys love him. His dental assistants are also fantastic. They have always been quick, efficient, patient, and accommodating to my boys. They are not scared to go to the dentist because their experiences here have always been great. My daughter has been a patient of Dr Fishbaugh for many years now. His staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and kind to myself and my daughter. I cannot rave enough about Dr Fishbaugh himself. Very kind and friendly staff from the moment we walked into the door until we left. The staff is very warm and gentle with kids. I have been bringing my kids to see Dr Fishbaugh for 15 years, always a pleasant experience.

My children LOVE Dr. Fishbaugh! 1 of my daughters used to be terrified of dentists. After 4 different offices (1 of them, we even had 3 appt.s just acquainting her with the office, hoping she’d let them work on her mouth. It got to the point that she had to have major oral surgery under gen. anesthesia) we finally found North Point. My kids now get excited about their visits! He’s amazing w/ them, & communicates wonderfully w/ me- explaining procedures & answering any questions. Very pleased!

My son was scheduled to have a cleaning by this doctor, which all my children have seen for 20 years. Recently moving over an hour away, we were a few minutes (9) late due to traffic. Upon arrival, we were told we would have to wait awhile, then told later to reschedule. I am very loyal, however the front desk girl was smug about the whole thing. Sadly I don't think we will return. This office used to have a small office feel, now it's just as bad as the one he left years ago.

This happened 12 years ago, I was told my daughter didn't have cavities, but t I needed to make another appt to put sealant on her teeth, Staff insisted I make appt then.She said I need to sign the form authorizing the sealant. I did. Then at next appt. Dr. Fishbaugh said to his asst., I wouldn't do this to my own children's teeth, but we need to do this every now and then for the bottom line. He then drilled my daughter's tooth. i was told I signed formed authorizing the drilling and filling.
