I don't normally submit online reviews, but had to share this one. Several reasons for this low rating: I'm looking for a new gynecologist, so I called various clinics in the area to compare costs and ask if specific doctors were accepting new patients. I first tried scheduling an appt online with Parkhill over the weekend. The scheduling portal allowed me to choose a date, even though I am a new patient. The appt time I selected wasn't available in reality, and they called me this morning to schedule one. I called them back and immediately got the run around. First, when the operator isn't able to answer, there isn't an automated menu to dial scheduling. The call just rings and rings until the operator answers. Second, I was transferred to billing to ask questions about the cost of office visits, to which they could not provide a straight forward answer. Obviously there are many reasons related to insurance billing that could make this difficult to answer. But I guess I completely stumped the billing rep when I asked for cash price. She finally shared with me that the cash price is determined by the age of patient (what??), whether or not the patient is new, and the reason for the visit. Finally, I specifically was interested in seeing Dr. Seale who is FACOG certified according to several online sources. But the Parkhill website does not show that credential next to Dr Seale's bio, though several other doctors are listed with it. I don't normally submit online reviews, but had to share this one. I cannot Express how much Dr. Duke has done for my family! He is the best of the best and really gets to know you personally!! I will ALWAYS recommend him to anyone that needs exceptional care.
