It was creepy. I think this man should be investigated by the authorities or something.

I went with my mother to this dr. The reason we saw this dr was because her previous dr at the heart center retired. Her family dr sent her back to the heart center due to issues she was having. He doesn’t listen and seem interested in my mother’s concerns. He doesn’t like to be questioned and is overall just rude

I saw Dr Drenning for the first time about 10 years ago. He has always taken the time to listen to me and then explain everything to me. I have never felt rushed by him and he is always very thorough!!! Wouldn’t want anyone else for my cardiologist

Dr Drenning recently performed a procedure on my husband. His surgical team was very uncomfortable with him, as soon as he walked into the room, the staff became tense and uncomfortable. He told my husband that there was no reason the procedure should be done, and that it was a waste of his time. He then came to my husband's recovery room to tell us there was absolutely nothing wrong with him, he just had heartburn. He stopped the refills on all his medications, told him to stop everything immediately, and to stop seeing his cardiologist. My husband has dilated cardiomyopathy, along with various other heart issues from COVID complications. I hope someday, Dr Drenning understands how to be a decent human to his staff, and patients. Absolutely no bedside manner. He is kind of cold and matter-of-fact. He was in and out pretty quickly. I'm not sure why such doctors aren't cognizant of or care about the level of fear patients and families have. He will be a patient one day.

Dr Drenning did my moms arterialgram and we, the family, was told there wasn’t much that can be done. She had several blockages and the RCA you couldn’t do anything with it because of the calcium buildup. He said she needed to lose weight, take medicine, and then do one stent at a time but couldn’t do anything with the RCA. We was referred to a different dr by our primary cardiologist and she had 4 stents placed and the RCA was opened up. He doesn’t have a good bedside manner and not hopeful.

Dr. Drenning has been my cardiologist of choice for a number of years. He has performed heart catheter procedures and placed a stent in a problem artery. He treats my MVP, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and has helped me understand and respond to symptoms associated with these issues. He answers my questions in words I can understand. He takes as much time with me that I need. He is A+++++ in my judgement.

Dr. Drenning listened to me in the office, and responded kindly. He and his staff worked to get my surgery scheduled quickly and to get all tests done while I was already in town. Getting the initial appointment took some effort, but wait times are minimal. Staff is extremely friendly and capable.

Being new to the area Dr Drenning was referred to my husband. He maybe good at what he does but he did not study my husband's chart and was rude to him. No good bedside manner or either he was having a really bad day and took it out on us.
