They do a great and efficient service especially for people on the move

Staff was not friendly and you could tell they didn't want to work. Wouldn't take my insurance although I had insurance information and made some lame excuse.

On the website it states this is an urgent care facility..... I called at 3:09 and the youmg lady that takes blood pressure and weight stated for me to go to an urgent care or ER!!! absolutely the worst I've ever been to. The people at the front desk are rude and uncaring, I've been there twice and still have not seen the doctor. In my opinion they are the most un-professional business I've been to.

They close earlier than the time posted, even after telling you to be there by 5p when they close. They'll be friendly with you while telling you that your hour ride to get there by the posted time, and by the time the nurse you talked to that morning told you to be there by, was pointless. They did offer a work excuse so I could miss more time from work driving up here. If they had stayed open to posted time, there wouldn't be an issue, but as this is the 3rd time this has happened, I find it unlikely that it'll change, so be warned. Dr. Dorsner is the REAL DEAL with no allegiance except to his patient's wellbeing. What a blessing it is to know that there is at least one real doctor in this town that is not only ABLE but also WILLING to actually PRACTICE MEDICINE! Thank you Dr. Dorsner!

When I went to Dr. Dorsner's place I was amazed. Everyone is so nice and Dr. Dorsner was gentile and humorous. I would recommend going there again.

Great office staff. Dr.Dorsner is the doctor you can trust with your families medical needs. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients.

Dr. Dorsner is my all-time favorite doctor. He is smart, practical, and conscious of his patients' financial situations when recommending treatments. Lately he isn't in the office as much and I know retirement is looming. I dread the day. I've tried four other doctors in the area, looking for a replacement for when the retirement does come, and I just can't find any that I like as much as Dr. D.
