Me and my husband have both been a patient my husband who was diagnosed with prostate cancer has had nothing but issues getting tests done walked into the office today they told him he had an outstanding balance of $400 I was told the doctor would not see him we had no notification of this balance he has all ready paid all of his co-pays plus they said if he had a balance he gave them extra money he was so embarrassed today that he will never go back

i would like to take opportunity to thank dr david dipiazza and his staff at his office,good customer services ,dr David DiPiazza did my procedure at trinity medical center he is a very good doctor i urinate much better now and Dr david will sit down and talk to you if you have a problem with your urine i recomend him for everyone to see him, Dr David DiPiazza is the best.

...didnt like a previous Dr. opinion, so i went to Dr Dipiazza for the second opinion. He understood my condition and better yet the remedy that would best suit me. His explanation and precise decision making made me more comfortable. We discussed my 2 options...and what his choice might be...always showing respect for my own thoughts. Felt good with the choice discussion, and the choice concurred with my wife's feelings. I had the DaVinci robotic operation by Dr. Dipiazza, and it lessened my downtime. By the way Dr. Dipiazza was referred to me by a friend who also had the successful DaVinci operation by Dr DiPiazza! If I could refer you to him, I would!!

Dr. DiPiazza performed a radical protatectomy on me 3 years ago. The surgery went well, the aftercare was comprehensive and the follow-up appointments affirmed that he was genuinely concerned about me. He has my highest recommendations.

After 17 years of leaking I can now wear underwear without any pads! I can go for walks, dance, sneeze, sleep, all without the fear of leaking and wetting the bed. Do not wait like I did. One simple procedure and I am a new woman! Do not wait, get your bladder sling today. . . . no more leaks!

My mother was recently seen at Morton Bay North Plant for an inflammation of bladder possible tumor and was seen by Dr. Dipiazza and Dr. Raval. Even though they were courteous we were not happy with the service. We were told my mother did not have cancer and we were sent home to wait three months to give nephrostomy tubes a chance to give bladder a break for lack of better explanation. We insisted a biopsy be done since a previous urologist who started her care did see a tumor. The doctors did not perform biopsy and we were sent home for a follow up in three months. My mother got sick again a week later and we decided to take her elsewhere. The new urology team attended my mother, brought down inflammation and with a biopsy she was able to be diagnosed correctly in a matter of days. My mother has stage 2 muscle invasive possible stage 3 bladder cancer with 60% of bladder covered by tumor. we wasted a month dealing with its an "unexplainable" inflammation" and this delay can ultimately hurt my mothers life outcome. North Bay did do a great job during her nephrostomy procedure and for that I give one star. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. DiPiazza and his staff. I was referred to him by my primary care. I was experiencing a problem with my bladder dropping and becoming exposed. Upon seeing Dr. DiPiazza he recommended doing a hysterectomy and a mesh lift of my bladder and this would be performed by robotic surgery, being less invasive. I recently hade stage4 prolapse surgery by Dr D.Piazza. I put it off for several years as taking care of my mother of 94yr old. I finally decided to get brave and get something done. I should of done this long time ago.The robotic surgery was very quick and little pain. I was very suprised of how Dr.Di Piazza made it so easy for me and my quick recovery.Would refer Dr.Di Piazza to everyone who wants a great professional they can trust.Great staff and appt was always quick.

Dr. David DiPiazza was a very professional and caring Dr. He takes his time and answers all of your questions. You never feel like he’s rushing out the door to his next patient. My only regret is that WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG TO HAVE THE SURGERY. Using the robotic technique made recovery a breeze!

After prolapse surgery with Dr DiPiazza, about 6 months ago, I am pleased to say that it has been a very positive experience and would highly recommend him.

I have only good things to say about dr.DiPiazza! He discovered cancer in my wife's urethra. He saved her life! Dr. DiPiazza spent over seven and one half hours in surgery doing a urostomy, and many other procedures. I can not even imagine the concentration and discipline required for this surgery. We thank GOD for him and his talents!

If I could give a negative review I would. Drive over a hour, to wait for over a hour to be seen. While waiting, all I could hear was the receptionist complaining about their patients/doctor offices and when a man with his children walked by the office, she made a comment about how they better not be coming in there. Finally called back to the room, only for the doctor to come in, make a comment about my face shield, ask why I was there. Started to explain why my primary sent me. He flipped through the papers and told me he couldn’t help me and my doctor could send me elsewhere. I was literally shocked and then incredibly angry. Had to bite my tongue because I realized it wasn’t worth yelling about the lack of service. Would be better to find a better doctor/ office. He was in there for under 3 minutes. I had a copy of my paperwork made as I will be filing a complaint. That is not at all how you deal with a new client, who has been having kidney pain and issues for over 10 months. I called my primary’s office as I walked outside, and even their office could not believe how I was treated and the lack of care. Friendly advice, if you are looking for care, look elsewhere. Dr. DiPiazza did a fantastic job of relieving me of my kidney stone pain. He is a brilliant doctor, dedicated to his patients, and provides that sense of confidence a patient needs when they are in need of surgery. Dr. Dipiazza is a very crude person. No personality no bedside manner I was in the hospital he came in my room for like 1 minute telling me he was going to take the kidney stone out. Well I stayed in the hospital for 5 days prior to surgery came back for a follow-up he sat at his computer I did not look at me wants as we proceeded to walk out he asked me after to previous tries of trying to get the kidney stone out coming he then asked me at the desk but can they wasn't and like I said he tried the laser all I remember after opening my eyes from the surgery I remember him is it the big glasses and him saying to me the machine didn't work right I'll see you next Thursday couldn't remember what he looks like Napa's after I seen him in the hospital well needless to say second time he couldn't get it out made me come back again for a third surgery and I stayed in the hospital an extra 4 days after that wrote notes to the nurses and the doctor that came in in from the hospital could not understand his notes and made no sense whatsoever. I would never go back to him again as I now have another kidney stone and I was referred to dr. Raval. My primary doctor said he was an excellent doctor and I looked up the reviews he's got all good reviews. I've been never go back to Doctor Goofy on then I have known several people that has been with him and they all say the same thing he is quite rude. I hope this will be helpful to somebody there dr. Dr DiPiazza is wonderful. He removed my right kidney. He is very professional and to the point. I felt at ease with him doing the surgery. If I ever need a urologist again he will be my go to. I will highly recommend him to others as well.

Dr. PiPiazza is FANTASTIC!! He is a common sense, no nonsense doctor who takes the time to listen and talk to you. His staff is very friendly. I had my prostate removed in June 2021. My recovery has been great and have had no leaking issues. I would highly recommend Dr. DiPiazza.

I've worked with several specialists during the last 30 years. I can state with certainty that Dr. DiPiazza is an outstanding physician. Rare to find a doctor this medically proficient who also has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr.Dipiazza is amazing surgeon, he did a Bladder lift for me, I am so happy with the results! He did this robotically I was very scared not knowing how this was going to work, well I can say after surgery I had no pain at all, I stayed one night in the hospital , I can finally sleep at night without getting up three or four times a night to Pee, I may wake up once, there’s been a few nights I haven’t gotten up at all, so if you’re looking for a good doctor in the Pasco County area Dr. Dipiazza is the best. On January 7th, doctor DiPiazza performed a turp procedure on me and I had almost given up on finding any relief at my age, I am 74, but I feel like a kid again as far as my urinary flow and less frequent trips to the bathroom goes, since my bladder seems to be completely emptying when I do have to go. Also my nights are more restful and I am finally able to sleep without having to get up every hour or two. Dr. David DiPiazza is an amazing doctor and surgeon. He operated on my kidney Jan. 2019. I had a large growth on my kidney that started bleeding. A prior referral doctor told me he would need to remove the entire left kidney. During my visit with Dr. DiPiazza he assured me that he could remove the growth without removing my kidney. I just returned from having an ultrasound in his office. My kidney has healed beautifully. The technician was amazed at how wonderful it looked. I no longer have to see Dr. DiPiazza. My experience for the treatment of incotinence was easier than l expected & successfully as well, l shouldn’t have put it off so long.

Two years ago I was referred to Dr DiPiazza by two different unrelated doctors. I had been diagnosed with prostate cancer in four quadrants and a 6 Gleason score. I am almost 2 years after surgery, PSA is zero. Dr DiPiazza is a caring professional; he always answers my questions; he asks several, and pays attention to my answers. My surgery went very well and I am grateful to have this man, and his wonderful staff taking care of me. At 72, I am thankful to be cancer free.

He is a great Dr. with a sense of humor!

Dr. DiPiazza is a fine professional. As a retired Nurse with over 40 years experience, I can honestly say that he is the most gifted Urologist I have ever encountered. He placed a sling for me a month ago for stress incontinence & it was such a success, it enhanced my quality of life.

I expected to meet a professional. I didn't. I had read all the good reviews and went there on that basis. If I could have given no stars I would have. I was very disappointed. I found him incomplete in his explanations, and had an air of disrespect. Both he and his assistant left the room, leaving me literally in a puddle from a procedure. I wasn't even given a heads up that that would happen. I just had to clean up myself. He didn't address one of my issues and when I brought it up after our meeting, the receptionist said I would have to make another appointment. Needless to say, that was out of the question. He may be talented in his surgery, but I don't plan to find out.

Dr. DiPiazza and staff were thorough during the initial new patient exam.I had just come out of a bad experience with another practice and was looking for a top quality specialist. I chose correctly this time. Dr DiPiazza performed all the necessary tests and exams to assure a perfect method of treatment. After only one night in the hospital following my prostate surgery, i felt better than i had in many years. I wish i would have found Dr. DiPiazza sooner than i did. I highly recommend Dr DiPiazza and his staff, as they strive to achieve great results. Thanks Doctor DiPiazza.

Dr. DiPiazza performed a UroLift procedure for me two weeks ago, and I am completely satisfied ---- strong natural flow, many fewer trips to the bathroom. That procedure enabled me to avoid surgery for my enlarged prostate. If your particular health situation fits the criteria for UroLift, I can strongly recommend it.

Surgery November 2019. I was referred by my gynecologist and couldn’t be happier. I felt very comfortable and confident with Dr. DiPiazza the moment I met with him. Not only his professionalism but his sense of humor helped reduce the stress of having surgery. I have not had any issues or complications with my surgery for pelvic prolapse. So nice to review a fellow healthcare Professional. I've been an RN for over 30 years and I was treated by an oncologist, who then instructed me to follow up with a Urologist. So basically Dr DDiPiazza didnt do a single thing to rid my body of Cancer. When i switched jobs, I called to reschedule my appt. To a better time, when I had health insurance coverage. Dr D sent me an official letter stating HE could no longer be my MD as I was NOT following HIS treatment plan. WELL I was basically BlackListed and unable to be seen by ANYONE inthis Group which covers 3 counties & many ,many Drs. I now travel over 1 hour & go to Tampa General....where Better Doctor,s practice medicine. I never forgot DrD. Im sure this gentleman has forgotten me. Mr.DiPiazza should go teach somewhere. Updated now he writes back stating its a Form letter sent for legal reasons..... What HE didnt know is that I called to Reschedule my appt. And was rudely denied changing it in the future....when I obtained Health Insurance. So letter then being Black listed....NOW hes lying to justify his mistake. Great Doctor... Great personality

Amazing Dr. My wife and I were very happy and confident with him as my surgeon for prostrate cancer. I highly recommend him. Easy to talk with, and explains everything to my understanding.

It all started one September Sunday morning while attending church. I went to the men’s room to relieve myself but nothing happened. I pushed and pushed and pushed. Finally, I started coughing and a large blood clot spurted out. I was very scared and immediately drove to the hospital ER. After several different tests and seeing several different nurses, I was finally assigned a urologist. The urologist I was assigned to put me in the hospital and tried flushing the bladder with saline for days and days. I had two operations between October and February. For 6 months, I was in and out of the ER getting my bladder pulled on from what looked like a turkey baster to remove the clots. My poor wife did nothing but wash bloody laundry. I had over 50 catheters pushed in and out of me during this time. I was at my wit’s end and decided finally just to have a colostomy bag and be done with this misery. I discussed it with a new doctor by the name of Dr. David DiPiazza. He put me in the hospital for this operation and said to me why don’t I just take a look and see while you’re in the hospital. Maybe I can stop the bleeding. This was March 20th. The next day I was prepped for the operation and that evening the bleeding had stopped. My wife and I only wish that I would have been assigned to Dr. David DiPiazza from the start. When I was admitted at the hospital everyone there was thrilled that he was my doctor saying he is the best at what he does. I had a "full basement remodel" as they called it. This has been a long time coming but I want to highly recommend Dr. DiPiazza. About a year and a half ago we found out my father Steve had Kidney Cancer. He had a tumor on one of his kidneys. He had a rough surgery on his back a year earlier which put him out for weeks. Needless to say I was so worried about this and my father who was 75 at the time, was petrified. Dr. DiPiazza was awesome. He did the robotic surgery and still saved 1/2 of my father kidney. He now has full use of the 1 1/2 kidneys and did not have to have dialysis. I would not hesitate with Dr. DiPiazza. Dad was even up and around in a few days and i was amazed at how well and quickly he recovered. Dr. DiPiazza is the best. I have seen several doctors for many years for treatment of overactive bladder and dyspareunia. He is the first to take the time to listen to me without writing me off as just post-menopausal. One prescription for topical estrogen and an ongoing tens-like procedure and I feel like a new woman. Highly recommended and a genuinely nice, kind doctor.

Dr. DiPiazza did a bladder lift on me 6 months ago. It was my first ever surgery and I'm 66 years old. He did an excellent job and I feel like I have a new lease on life. I can travel and not spend all my time looking for a restroom.

My surgery went great. Afterwards I had no pain whatsoever. I am so glad I had this procedure as my blabbered no empty’s completely and I only get up 1 time a night to go to the bathroom. Sleeping through the night is so wonderful. I would recommend both Dr and surgical technique. I was skeptical at first when I learned the Doctor would be on a robotic computer and not in the operating room. But I am happy with it. If any adverse things may happen in the future, I will add to my review.

Dr. DiPiazza is an incredible doctor who solved my issues really fast even though I had unusual problems. He and his helpful staff made me feel comfortable and very confident in them. Ultimately, he improved my quality of life immensely!!! He is in high demand and does a thorough job, so any wait is WELL worth it.

100% Amazing Doctor & Staff

Bladder Suspension surgery. I had no pain after my surgery. Being over 80 years old, I took a Vicodin in the hospital and Tylenol at home "just in case" but did not need them. Never experienced any pain and would recommend Dr. DiPiazza with no reservations. He also is my daughter's doctor and he is wonderful. She requires botox occasionally. A true professional both medically and personally.

I’m sure many of you who read this review make it a habit to be well informed...especially if making a decision about a doctor. By reading reviews, news articles, asking friends and relatives, I decided on Dr. David DiPiazza. And boy, was that a smart decision! His excellent staff/front office were a comfort to me when I began having prostrate issues. A procedure called "TURP" was performed and now I'm free of the urgency, blockage and discomfort that were part of my life for many years.

Rather than the original urologist assigned to me while in Trinity, this dr came in to discuss my chronic uti issues and newly discovered kidney stones. He did not listen to me! He also told me a urologist i saw a few years ago was old school and said "you can go back and see them if you want." He told me my current pain had nothing to do with my kidneys and was back pain. I am competent to know the difference between both and this is certainly not back pain. Back pain doesnt form crystals in your urine...or perhaps that concept is also school. I would not return to him even if he took my health insurance. I'very been a patient of Dr. DiPiazza for 8 years, he always answers all my questions and he only recommends a procedure when it's a must. I'm always comfortable when I go to his office and I would definitely recommend Dr DiPiazza for anyone that is looking for a caring and honest doctor.

Sometimes the best thing you can hear from a Doctor is that the issue is minor and there is no treatment needed. A thorough exam, lots of questions and then a calm diagnosis that there's nothing here to be worried about. I waited for 3 weeks to get an appointment with Dr DiPiazza and found him to be everything that was written by his reviewers before me. My visit was pleasant, he did a thorough exam and told me the best course of action was to do nothing. May be a good MD but barred me from his entire practice when I needed to reschedule. An Oncologist cured me . This guy was a follow up .Guess he didnt get to treat me .then stated I wasnt following his treatment plan...... Truth is .you have to have done something. To say you have a treatment plan. This guy had done nothing but take a history & physical.
