Dr.Dean and his LVAD staff is pathetic ...they did a poor job in caring for my loved one...I lost my best friend/loved one to this unprofessional man and his staff..because he and his staff failed to tell me and my family that my love one will develop issue with the right side of the heart..also after the LVAD was placed inside of my love one and they agreed to it...the LVAD staff no longer came by the hospital room to see my love one..not even a phone call...so if you have a love one that they are talking to or trying to persude to get an LVAD..I would go somewhere else.....ALSO the staff at ICU 1st floor is pathetic...poor treatment...they are not hopeful...nor passionate about anybody love one....I pray they will see this all again....hours before I lost my love one...while my love one was holding trying to fight I heard the ICU doctor say we arent running a morgue around here with a smirk grin on his face....So I pray my story will help someone else out before they lose their love one to the poor pathetic staff and their care.....Thanks!!!!
