One the best doctors i have ever had for my knee issues.

Dr David Craft performed a double knee replacement and I was back to work in a month. I was extremely nervous but his compassionate and caring manner settled my concerns and I must say got me through the surgery and recovery with no issues. I've compared my experience with those of my friends and it seems that I recovered much easier. The team he has Dr Strate and Stacey Smith were also very compassionate and extremely quick to reply to my needs and concerns. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

I have know Dr. Craft since 2005. Over the years, Dr. Craft has provided outstanding medical care not only for myself, but for several family members. Dr. Craft is a gifted physician and surgeon with comforting bedside manner. He always exhibits a genuine concerned for his patients ensuring that their well being is a top priority. I would and do highly recommend Dr. Craft to anyone wanting the best orthopedic medical care possible.

i recent had my left knee replaced by Dr Craft at Abington (Jefferson) Landale Hospital. Dr Craft utilized a special robotic-assisted procedure to replace my knee. I was able to walk unassisted (no walker or cane) within three weeks. Upon leaving the hospital I was off pain medication within two weeks. As of this review, it has been three months, and it's like the surgery never happened.

Not only does Dr. Craft know his stuff and do excellent surgical work; he also is extremely personable and makes an effort to know his patients personally. It’s a combination that’s hard to find in today’s impersonal healthcare marketplace.

Dr David Craft is fantastic. He explains the operation in detail that I can understand everything He is great.

Dr. Craft has made me feel very comfortable while he takes his time to explain what he sees in your X-Rays. We talked very easily like old friends about what and how to proceed. After my procedure, we met and planned my after care. I had no problems and would recommend Dr. Craft to anyone.

Dr. Craft is THE BEST... knowledgable, competent, and very friendly. He has the perfect way of listening, communicating, and making you feel like he remembers everything about you and your medical history. I have recommended him to friends and they rave about him as well.

Dr. Craft explained my upcoming hip replacement surgery very well. He showed true care and concern for relieving me of pain, and my desire to return to more active mobility. I appreciated this because as a retired person I would like to be able to play 9 holes of golf, ride a bike on a paved trail, exercise , and travel. I also feel strongly that he did not treat me like a statistic of liability to alter his success rate, but as a strong woman seeking a chance to live more vibrantly.

Dr. Craft is truly a personable and professional surgeon, he always has time to address any of my questions or concerns. My knee surgery was a great success, I always had 24-7 availability to communicate with the nursing staff thru "Force". Everyone was so very attentive and always looking out for my recovery process.

Dr. Craft has been taking care of the orthopaedic needs of my family since we moved to Pennsylvania 25 years ago. He has the rare combination of being both a thorough professional and a caring, personable human being. He takes time to explain exactly what he is doing, answers questions patiently and has very favorable outcomes.

Doctor Kraft just completed my 2nd hip surgery in 2 years. He is a very pleasant doctor who cares for his patients He took the time to ensure I understood the surgery and visited me shortly after recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Kraft.

On my first visit, Dr. Craft showed me my hip x-rays and explained in layman's terms why I was having so much pain. He was very kind and compassionate and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He didn't rush through the exam. Post op, he answered other concerns which I had. I am pain free now. Not only is Dr. Craft an excellent surgeon, he is a prime example of what a medical professional should be like.

I have had 2 knee replacements with Dr. Craft. He is a very caring doctor that takes his time with you and makes certain you understand everything that is going to happen. His staff is equally terrific. I have had two great experiences with joint surgery and I am very grateful to Dr. Craft.

I can not thank Dr. Craft enough for giving me the pleasure of walking & hiking again with zero pain…

Dr. David Craft is a wonderful loving, caring doctor. He did my right hip replacement five years ago and did an excellent job. Recently my left hip started acting up so naturally I went back to Dr. Craft. I had my operation Dec.16, 2021 and I’m doing fantastic. I’m already walking with no assistance and on my own. Got my new hip for Christmas (12/23). Home on the 24th. Everything was wonderful. Little pain. Back to normal. God awful pain in hip and knee gone. Yes the severe pain in my knee was actually referred pain from the hip as Dr Craft said. I had thought I needed a new knee too. Thank you Dr. Craft!

My knee surgery was very successful. I have been so happy with the results. Dr. Craft did a terrific job, mild and perfect scar. Pain is not an issue anymore. I can bend and extend my knee without pain, just as close to my other knee and go up/down the steps without difficulty or pain. Before going up/down steps and prolong standing was torture but now I find it so easy and I’m able to do my job!! Thank you Dr. Craft..I’m so happy I chose you for my knee replacement-god bless you!!

I am a walking, talking advocate for Dr. Craft, the Rothman Group, and Abington Hospital. My procedure was a complete success. The only regret is that I did replace my knee sooner.

I struggled for years with knee issues. Dr Craft did total knee replacements on both my knees a year apart. I feel like I never had a knee problem! It’s been a wonderful professional experience and I’m so happy to have my life back!

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Craft to anyone who is looking for an orthopaedic specialist (Hip/Knee) who is professional,compassionate and who always takes time to listen to the patients questions and concerns. Dr. Craft replaced both my wife’s knees years ago. At that time he was very friendly and courteous towards my wife and I. Years later I needed both of my hips replaced. I knew Dr. Craft was my go to doctor for my hip replacements. If I could give Dr. Craft ten stars I would.

Dr. David Craft performed both of my total knee replacements after use of steroids to treat my knee pain was no longer effective. The process from start to finish was exceptional. My knee replacements were done 5 months apart during 2020. I had complete confidence that I was in superior care by Dr. Craft and his supporting team at Abington Memorial/Jefferson Hospital. Recovery was much quicker than I anticipated. Within 6 months, I was literally pain free and able to stand or walk ANY time frame or distance without focusing on what had become a "task" in itself. I am now over a year past both surgeries and am overjoyed with regaining total, effortless and zero pain mobility. I highly recommend Dr. Craft, as a highly skilled surgeon and an all-round kind and dedicated individual. Speak with him soon...don't continue to live in pain.

I had hip surgery recently with Dr. Craft and his assistants. All went well. I especially appreciated Dr. Craft's personal attentiveness and willingness to work with my medical parameters. He was patient in answering my questions, and thorough in his explanations. Also, the electronic information and exercise videos were indispensable both before and after surgery. All of the staff were polite, friendly and professional.

Rothman and Dr Craft are the best. They went above and beyond for my surgery and care for my hip replacement. I highly recommend them.
