Terrible customer service. The ladies working at the front desk are very unprofessional. I never even got to see the doctor because the ladies do not know how to set up appointments. They were just awful to deal with!

Dr. Chansolme has been an amazing physician and I am so happy that he was called onto my case. He has an amazing bedside manner and is very good at explaining the issues. The staff are kind and caring and I have never waited more than a couple of hours if a message had to be left.

Great Dr

After my workplace accident on August 16, 2016, I needed 3 PICC lines to eliminate infection. Dr. Chansolme, his nurses and receptionists all gave me exceptional care to help me get well and get back to work.

Fantastic doctor! Super knowledgeable! Super convenient, he can do must treatments in his office that must other providers send you to the hospital for.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE... I used them in 2014 after neck surgery and developing MRSA in the bone. I had a pic line and iv meds for 13 weeks. I have since had MRSA 9 times and I still continually have this. Called in JUNE for an appointment, they couldn't get me in until September. Appointment scheduled for Tuesday, the 12th. Got a call today they need to push my appointment back until NOVEMBER.. I have MRSA now and need in asap.. they told me, "not their problem". Wait until November... absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back to this dr. Guess I'll be searching for a new infectious disease specialist. This place is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE... They return call very quickly. Very helpful. Nice bedside manners.

David is a great Doc! Been treating me for an infection for over a year, and is always on time and is right in there treating this stuff!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Chansolme yesterday. Contrary to what I read in other reviews, his office is very clean, his staff is very courteous , I was seen at the appointed time, and Dr. Chansolme was very thorough and caring in our conversation.

Have been a patient of Dr Chansolme for four years. Diabetic with leg infections he treats. I am now told, when I need to see him due to an infection, he is unable to see me until JULY and it's only May now!! I'd lose my leg by the time I get to see him! Dr. David Chanslome has been treated me for several years he is a compassionate and excellent doctor. Some times you have a wait in the office but we'll worth it. He also has a great staff

Dr.Chansolme, WOW !!!!! What a terrific,caring,giving doctor and staff!!! It has been 4 years ago that he treated me for a super bad infection caused by a surgical procedure I had done. He was so filled with compassion and concern for my return to a health state of life. Between his extremely knowledgeable staff and himself I was treated with the upmost respect! I was never looked down on, never treated like I was worthless,I was taught how this happened to me. I was taught how to administer my medication keep all lines sterile and germ free so I could make a complete and full recovery. If anyone person reading this should need a doctor for an infection. My husband and I went to see him for traveling consult. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us and provided the vaccines we needed for our trip. Furthermore, he gave us prescriptions for malaria prevention, antibiotics for travelers diarrhea and also something for sleep since it's going to b a long trip. One can get vaccines from the health dept or a travelers clinic. U get a whole lot more here.

500.00$ a day for medical supplies. Alcohol wipes, sleeve to cover the picc line. ??? Bulshit

Don't call if you need them to either track your call or setup an appointment. Ashley doesn't know WHAT happens to calls when they come in.
