Dr Chaikin performed a Urolift procedure and did a great job! Highly recommend. Very professional

I went to Dr Chaikin due to “UTI” and issue with urinating. He was very thorough and diligent, diagnosing my BPH issue and offering standard of care. Further discussion as to surgery and we aligned on Acquablation procedure. Along the journey Dr Chaikin was clear and informative and treated me with care and respect. We managed through the procedure outcome amazing and I cannot thank it recommend Dr Chaikin enough. He is the consumate professional treating me as a “person” not just a patient!

I went to Dr Chaikin for a 2nd opinion about a prostate, bladder and kidney issue. One of the best moves I have ever made. Dr Chaikin is 5 stars. He is patient and answers questions and explains the answers in detail. Surgery went well, followup is ongoing and as expected. The staff is great. 5 stars all the way. I trust Dr Chaikin

My bladder prolapse began right before Covid and progressively became worst. By early 2022 it needed repair. My OBGYN recommended Dr Chaikin. After discussing my issues, I scheduled my surgery. Dr Chaikin was very patient and willing to answer my many questions. I am happy to report that 3 months later I am well recovered and so happy with my repair. Everyone has been supportive and I feel sure that my prolapse is a thing of the past thank to Dr Chaikin.

I had excellent results from my surgery and he was very responsive with answering questions and follow up.

Dr Chaikin is great! He answered all of my questions and is very detailed with his explanations. The staff service is great as well! I highly recommend Dr. Chaikin!

I had a potentially serious problem. Received testing very quickly. Got a very quick diagnosis and treatment. He was excellent knowledgeable kind and understanding. Without hesitation I recommend Dr Chaikin.

Long wait times, can’t get appointments, disorganized.

Had a 330 appt was taken in at 4 Waited 45 after nurse finished intake ! Still wasn’t seen at 455 as the Dr “chatted “with pt that arrived after me ! Walked out ! Thanks for wasting my day ... I took off from work for this appt! ! So disrespectful to make a new patient wait that long ! I’ll go elsewhere ! Thin walls heard the whole conversation !! Never again! Unprofessional no respect for my time ! Careful ! Couldn’t pay me to go back ! They should pay me for the time wasted and unpaid day from work ! Waited 1 1/2 hrs to see him! Walked out ! No excuse for this !

I am very happy to have Dr. Chaikin as my doctor. I had a greenlight procedure performed by him earlier this year and he did a terrific job. Couldn't be happier.

I hated this doctor and definitely will not be going back. At first glance, both his scrubs and lab coat had stains on them. I was cramped into a small room with him, a scribe and nurse for a pelvic exam during which he opened the door multiple times. He ran through a number of things related to my condition without my getting an opportunity to ask questions. He seemed scattered and not well organized. I thought I was getting multiple prescriptions, but when I got the pharmacy I had one. I left feeling confused, upset, and violated. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. I was told I would hear from two people about downloading an app to track symptoms and such for him, and to schedule follow up appointments, which I have not heard from either of them. Overall terrible experience.

Great experience - compassionate and caring; especially at Franklin.

Dr. Chaikin is amazing. He's very patient and answers all your questions. He's a great listener and makes sure you understand your condition before you leave. I highly recommend Dr. Chaikin.

My experience with Dr. Chaikin has been excellent. I had a very difficult case and the results have been far better than I expected . I would definitely recommend him.

I am sorry I had to give the facility and Dr even 1 star. My mom has MS and needs to be transported by an ambulance which I have to pay for. They We waited for over 25 minutes for our appointment, my mom, her nurse and the ambulance staff. When I was referred to Dr. Chaikin, I was living in chronic pain and going to the bathroom was a painful experience, but since the cystoscopy and his medication protocol, I have seen dramatic improvements and am on the path to get taking my life back. Thank you so much and I am beyond grateful for your expertise and advice.

He operated on me and was correct the next day and is been clear ever since.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in early 2007 and had robotic surgery to remove my prostate. I am now 77 and have had minimal issues with incontinence since the surgery. I see Dr. Chaikin twice a year to monitor my condition. I find him to be concerned not only regarding this matter but in my overall health. His manner, while always professional, is cordial and pleasant. I am very pleased to have been recommended to Dr. Chaikin by my primary care physician and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Chaikin, is excellent at diagnostics and treatment. He is personable yet professional, and took care of my issues to the point that through a course of treatment they have resolved very satisfactorily. I am continuing to see him annually and would absolutely recommend him.

My first meeting with Dr. Chaikin was quite positive and very relaxed. This was contrary to what i had expected because of my health condition (prolapse of the uterus). A condition that i had been hiding and living with for months. Dr. Chaikin was very professional, friendly, calming and knowledgeable of my situation. He carefully assessed the situation and gave me my options. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very confident about surgery. Staff was helpful and friendly

I find Dr. Chaikin to be very good at explaining the issue thoroughly. I like to read up on medical issues related to my health and find a good rapport and exchange of information whenever we meet. He knows the science and is up to date with medical knowledge. He is very direct and patient friendly. This is a small point but an important characteristic to me......when he enters the examining room he walks straight up to me, looks me straight in the eye and shakes my hand firmly.

Dr. Chaikin is able to combine superior knowledge with efficiency and a no-nonsense friendly personality. He gives it to you straight. He was able to explain my condition and his diagnoses in such concise detail that I was able to understand exactly that I was in serious trouble. Because of his fast decisive actions, I was able to avoid more serious consequences. After more than 4 months of treatments my problems were completely resolved. I look forward to seeing him 2x/yr for a follow up.

Dr. Chaikin has been excellent from diagnosis through a complicated surgery, recovery and 12 years of follow-up care. I have referred two family members, and both are quite happy with Dr. Chaikin.

Dr. Chaiken saw my husband as an emergency in the hospital and he performed bladder surgery on him. He was quite pompous when speaking to me at the time. He continues to treat my husband and still has an edge when he speaks to us, but he is an amazing surgeon and has toned down his condescending demeanor upon subsequent visits. Very, very good. He did an excellent job. This guy is professional. We were so afraid to have him after all those terrible reviews but he turned out to be a blessing to us after 2 years of nightmare with different urologist. Now my husband is stone free.

Excellent, I was very concerned after reading negative reviews. I was suffering from multiple kidney stones for last two years. I went through shoke wave and later laser lithotripsy but still couldn't get that stone out. Thanks to dr.Chaikin I'm stone free. Today they confirmed no fragments are left. He did an excellent job. Definitely will see him again for follow up.

Not the best bedside manner. Very sort of old-school arrogant: Will diagnose and give you meds or order procedures (which puts $$ in his pocket), and IMO is too quick to do both because he doesn't look for alternatives. Ignored my concerns about med side effects. Much happier after I got a second opinion and another (more effective, as it turns out) treatment. His staff is great, tho.

I referred a friend to Dr Chaikin who decided not to go because of bad online reviews. That's why I came here. He's been my urologist since 2010, performed multiple procedures. He's professional, respectful, friendly, highly focused on you during exams, follows up with phone calls, always responds if you call him, and most important is excellent technically. He does not jump to prescribe drugs or procedures, rather works closely with you to help you choose what's best for you.

Horrible man!!! Terrible bedside manner. Arrogant and obnoxious. Practice as a whole is great. Just do not go see Dr. Chaikin.

Dr Chaikin has been my urologist for several years during which he has performed 2 surgeries and multiple checkups. All of my my experiences with Dr Chaikin and his staff have been of the highest quality and I unequivocally endorse his practice.

I believe Dr chaiken is a good physician , but his bedside manner is so so. He never takes his eyes off his computer and everything was very mechanical. I had a follow up appointment after a biopsy and was there for no other reason than the co pay. He didn't tell me anything that I already knew from the phone call to tell me it was benign. Waste of my time.
