Dr Black did both of my hip replacements. He is awesome. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr black did a total knee replacement surgery on my right knee in may 2021 he did a fantastic job an my knee feels great

Dr Black did hip replacement on me in December of 2020. The best thing I've done in the the last 20 years! Best Orthopedic surgeon in the 4 states. If you suffer from hip issues do yourself a favor and make an appointment. with

I've been going to Dr. Black for nearly 14 years. He, Heath & Trina are always so kind & informative . After moving away from the Joplin area in 2018, my knees continued to get worse. Without hesitation I traveled back to Joplin for my first knee replacement. Again, the Freeman staff, Dr. Black & Heath all made my husband & I feel confident in our decision. Dr. Black is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He answers all questions and doesn’t rush office visits. He tries all conservative treatment before rushing into surgery.

His Nurse practitioner Heath is the best!!

Dr. Black and staff is awesome! First time meeting Dr my husband and myself was made to feel comfortable from the start, Dr Black has a great bedside manner. This is not normal, but I had no pain what so ever after having my knee replacement, I haven’t felt this good for ever. I strongly recommend Dr. Black and Freeman Hospital. Great Doctor. He done a double knee replacement on my husband Dec. 26th. My husband is healing nicely. No, we are not related to Dr. Black.

I can't praise Dr. Black highly enough. I have had two total hip replacements in the past four months and have had no complications whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Black as being highly skilled, very professional, with outstanding bedside manner.
