Rude front desk! Woman that worked in the evening time August 24th specially.

I called the office trying to pay off my bill, the lady from the front desk is absolutely the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered.. She yelled at me to ask for my account number when she only asked for my name and date of birth. No one deserves to be yelled regardless of any situation like this especially when she is the one who isn't being clear.. I am never coming back. After having seen a dermatologist already my ENT specialist strongly felt that what was happening with me needed to be treated by a dermatologist. He highly recommended I see this dermatologist. So I went to him. He gave me about 5-7 minutes of his time. He didn't examen me at all, he just looked at me and proceeded to say that he didn’t know what he could do for me but would call the location I had previous cosmetic work done and then at least point me in the right direction of who could help with my issue. He did contact the location as he said he would. His exact words to them were “this patient of yours came to my office and I don’t know what she wants me to do for her.” I found this to be extremely unprofessional. One, I didn’t just decide to waltz into his office one day. Two I told him I had already seen a dermatologist but that my ENT specialist still recommended me to his office. So with knowing all that he decided to make the call and proceed in a very unprofessional manner. In the end I never heard back from him or his office. The location he called, contacted me immediately to check on what was happening. Even the ENT specialist called to see how the appointment went. When I told him what happened he just apologized for referring me to that office. My advice is don’t waste your time going there! I can’t complain about the staff. The DOCTOR himself was completely unprofessional and didn’t help or even try at all. The lady on the front desk with blonde short haircut she unpleasant with the patients...but I like dr biro he is very professional

Dr. Biro has a great personality. He does excellent work and his staff is pleasant. Office is clean. I highly recommend him.

I never really write reviews but I really would not recommend this place to anybody. One star only because the front desk was pleasant. I was finally seen one hour after my appointment time. A half hour in, I stepped out & politely asked one of the girls there when I would be seen because it was already a half hour of me waiting in the room. She very rudely brushed me off saying, “she will be there soon”. Her attitude & tone was completely unnecessary. When I was FINALLY scene, the doctor spoke to me for about 20 seconds. My insurance has a co-pay. I spent money to be told that I’d have to make an appointment for a simple 5 minute procedure. I ended up going to a different dermatologist, Dr. Javier Zelaya. They were amazing & I highly recommend him. He did not charge me for my visit, did the procedure I needed the same day & charged me $150 less than the price Dr. Biro’s office gave me. Staff is great and every time I come I never have any issues.

dr Bir answered my questions and addressed my concern. Dr and office staff were friendly. Very quick visit.

I would like to share my experience with Dr.David Biro. He is a real professional he makes right diagnosis right on time. Therefore as a patient I got the right treatment. I'm so grateful to have him as my dermotologist.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was seen in a very timely fashion, probably the fastest doctor's appointment I ever had. I recommend very highly.

Love Dr. David Biro, I have been going there for over 5yrs he always pinpoints the issue I am there for and has a Solution that actually works. The front desk is super friendly and accommodating with future appointments. Have to give big kudos to Kisha the doctors assistant she has amazing doctor side manners ( as I am not comfortable in medical environments) she makes me feel comfortable and more importantly want to come back. I had a wonderful experience . Lovely office staff & little wait time Dr Biro is pleasant, listens and treats effectively. This is one doctor who Is honest and only asks that you come back if further treatment is necessary and not for your $$& Highly recommend

I wouldn't give the office a 1 star but I have to. I went to the dr to take off brown marks on my body. On 1 arm it became a very large blister and I got scared bc I have no lymph nodes. I called the dr office and they told me (a nurse) to take a pin or safety pin and boil it and pop the blister. I told her I cannot do that and if I had a toothache and the dentist told me to pull out my tooth would I. I had to go to urgent care bc it was the week end. They wanted to put me in the hospital but I declined and they cleaned the infected area out and put me on antibiotic and to come back in a couple of days. Instead I went to the dr office on Mon and saw a physician assistant. (which they charge me the same co payment as seeing Brio and the same charges to my insurance co. as well). I had a biopsy and more meds. I went again and saw the dr Brio and he brushed it off. In his office there is a sign saying don't pop blisters on his wall. Now they want there co pays which I refuse to pay bc I had to pay the urgent care. Inferior care and a lack of empathy for the patient that is a cancer survivor . I will never recommend the dr Brio or office between the care and the staff not even a zero. In conclusion patient beware. this is not the kind of services to be rendered to me based upon my medical history or for the average patient as well. this office and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Dr Jaquelene Levine saw me she had a very kind a patient and knowledgeable bed side manner she made me feel relaxed and solved my problem the front desk is very courteous and treats patients with respect I highly recommend to everyone

I give Dr. Biro No stars. I would not recommend him to anyone. He’s very unprofessional, terrible bedside manner. When a patient goes to see a doctor about a condition that is obviously tremendously bothering them and tells the doctor about it, and his professional response was deal with it!! I recommend Dr. Biro to no one!!

Very pleasant experience - My appt. was @ 10:30 & was seen @ 10:30 - Examined by Jacqueline Levine - very informative & the staff was very nice - office & restroom very clean - would recommend!!!

Dr Biro is amazing. Very intelligent. If he's not available (limited hours he sees patients), I'd book an appointment with Jacklyn his PA

All of my visits with Dr. Biro has been great. His office is immaculate, I am greeted politely immediately upon entry, and always seen promptly. Dr. Biro and his staff make you feel both welcome and comfortable in his office. During my visits with this physician, I feel at ease and I trust the information with which he provides me. He is thorough and answers all questions. I am confident that all of his patients are treated with respect and personal care. I would highly recommend him.
