He is the best! Twice he has come to my rescue and eased my fears. Love him!

We were new patients. Got excellent care by Dr. Binder and hygenist. Both were caring and efficient.

Dr Binder is an outstanding dentist. He does not recommend a procedure just to make money I had a crown missing and he said if I am not in pain and there were no cavaties I would not have to replace the crown if I didnt want to. My father was a dentist. The office was clean and the entire staff very competent. I have been going to him for years and have the greatest respect for him as a doctor. This place was awesome! We just got into town when a crown fell off. I called his office and they asked if I could be there in an hour. Dr. Binder said the tooth would eventually need pulled but he replaced the crown and didn’t charge me for his service. The staff was very friendly and professional. Most places I called couldn’t fit me in because it was the week between Christmas and New Year or they wanted a 14 day quarantine before seeing me. This place was awesome! I Love Dr.Binder his staff is awesome!! What I love about him, is he is very understanding! If your having financial issues he will help you.. I just went to have my wisdom tooth removed yesterday and it's not hurting at all anymore, however my other wisdom tooth is in pain now and I'm just praying for Monday to hurry up and come so I can get this tooth removed because it hurts so bad ???? I really with he was open until 5pm on Fridays because this would have really helped me so much, I would have went in right away and got my tooth removed but instead I have to wait till Monday, I just pray this pain goes away ASAP! Older lady that answers the phone is always so rude. Even in person isnt very nice. She is literally the only problem I had at this office. My son was seen once at this office and thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Today I called to reschedule and she was rushing me off the phone saying she would call me back. I went ahead and changed his dentist. Very unprofessional and from some of the comments below I can see I'm not the only one with this issue. Older lady that answers the phone is always so rude. Lady over the phone was beyond rude. Was just trying to make an appointment. Very rude grumpy old lady.

Dr. Binder is a good man and a great dentist. He is kind, patient, and affordable.

Most of Dr Binders staff are very friendly but I just didn't feel this is the right dentist for me. I was not happy with the way my daughter's teeth were left. Cavities still there even after visit and I said we'd get them fixed but they didn't do it. Also said there was 2 cavities but after 1 supposedly fell out - that didn't appear to have a cavity, there was another one not mentioned that did. Dr Binder pulled my son's tooth without asking me, WITHOUT numbing it, and it was NOT loose. He tortured my child right in front of me. This happened about 5 years ago, but a mother never forgets. My son hasn't forgotten either. He was 4 at the time. When I posted this on Facebook, I got a TON of complaints from his previous clients as well, saying that he would continue working on them even though they complained that they could feel it. This man lacks compassion and has no business anywhere near children. I tried to press assault charges on him for what he did to my son, but was told that I would need to file a civil law suit. I was very very happy with Dr. Binder and his staff. I went to visit my parents and ended up breaking a tooth. I called 6 other offices in the surrounding area and no one could get me in until the following week (not much help being I would be returning home out of state). I called Dr. Binder's office and was told to come right in, they could see me. I was ecstatic! I wasn't in much pain but the tooth was very sharp and was cutting my cheek to shreds so getting SOMETHING done was necessary. Dr. Binder took an X-Ray, then let me know that he could clean and smooth it but recommended to wait until I got home to get it fixed. He did the smoothing and cleaning all while chatting with me about Aransas Pass and asking about my line of work. He finished up the work and told me to enjoy my vacation, not charging me for anything. He was so kind and personable. He clearly cares about each patient and their well being. I watched him have meaningful conversations with each patient. I have never met a nicer dentist. On a side note, there were also a family in there with 2 small children who were getting check ups. I was highly impressed with the way Dr. Binder and his staff talked to and treated the kids. They were cheerful and made sure the kid understood what was going to happen before it happened so they weren't going to be scared. Went in for a walk in got an x ray got them taken out that day only for only 125 wisdom teeth

Made appointment, got X-ray done, Pulled two wisdom teeth pulled, bam all done. Didn't even feel it. Very clean, very sterile, very professional.

I just called to make an appointment and whoever I spoke to wasn't very polite. I felt like I was being rushed when I was telling the person on the phone what treatment I needed. After I made the appointment I was going to ask about the payment plan because I know getting my tooth extracted isn't going to be cheap, but before I had a chance to talk the person just hung up on me without saying goodbye or anything. What the hell kind of service is that? Need improvement in answering the phone and need to give customer(s) a chance to speak. Let's see how my appointment goes...
