Great Dr and is very good at dealing with patents and is a caring person who loves the work he does and was My wife's first Dr year's ago before moving to Delaware Ohio she will be the first to tell anyone who is seeking a dr in wood county to check out Dr Bell's office

My experience with Dr. Bell was awful he didn’t give me a chance to talk I’ve been with this man for at least five years maybe longer the way he treated me like I was an animal I don’t know what his problem was yesterday but it was awful

Went to Dr. Bell’s office yesterday thought I was going to see him for my health condition but all I got was a yell threat from him he made me cry and treat me like I was a little girl did not let me talk

If you go to this office make your appointment with dr fondesse. He is down to earth and easier to talk to in my opinion

Dr Bell was my Physician in Canada up until the time he moved to the United States, I have never met a Dr that was more Straightforward and right to the point. He Never sugarcoated anything..... was a very sad day for my family when he made the move from Canada to the US !

Horrible....Dr. Bell has basically left me on my own with my AWESOME new heart condition all because of the medication he had to put me on and when this happened and I started looking into it and he all of a sudden doesn't have my files and wants me to find a new doctor after a lifetime of being his patient. It's hard to breath and I can't even find a doctor because of insurance. I'm slowly dieing. Thanks Dr. Bell

My experience with the office staff and Dr. Bell was unpleasant, impersonal and unhelpful. I would highly recommend seeking another physician in the area.
