The physiatrist has expertise in the appropriate use of therapeutic exercise, prosthetics (artificial limbs), orthotics and mechanical and electrical devices.

Dr Barker has no idea what he is doing! He took over 2 hours assessing my knee and then gave me a cortisone shot, took four tries, I was screaming and sobbing. Then stated, 'Oh, I guess I should have given you the topical numbing spray' He never got the problem area because he went on wrong side of the knee and probably was sticking my ACL and other tendons. This Doctor seriously needs to retire, he is out of touch, No wonder he was the only Doctor I could find with appts. available
