Always professional & friendly office visit!

Dr Bank is an ultimate professional. He has a very thoughtful and gentle manner. Dr. Bank has cared for me, my wife and daughter. I highly recommend him.

If possible I would give Dr. Banks & his office a zero. Was seen by Dr.Banks for a second opinion of an unresolved hematoma on my ankle in July of 22. He stated that a biopsy would be appropriate, even though he wasn't concerned. He stated there was no rush, & biopsy was scheduled with his cancer surgeon in September. Who by the way performed biopsy without putting on a mask. In addition, his nurse Stacie was an alarmist. A few weeks later Dr. B called me & said he had "good news" that there was NO malignancy. Imagine my pure shock when I was seen In hi s office for suture removal, & he greets me with, "I'm sorry, you have lymphoma ". WHAT!! How about waiting for full report before providing any results! I asked him what was the next step? He advised me to find a Dr., that he only refers if it's melanoma. A few weeks ago, after not hearing from them in 4 mths, his nurse Stacie called to see how I was. I hung up on her. She then called my husband's phone & left him detailed message. I called office and spoke to O.M. Laurie. They only called me to find out where I was being seen so they could close my chart. I just got a call from a Dr office that they are claiming to have referred me to in order to close my chart. I'm not even being seen by that practice. All my Dr's have been informed not to provide them with any information. I just called & spoke with O.M. AGAIN,. Next call will be from my attorney! My advice...unless you need a pimple taken care of, stay away! Unprofessional and liars!

Highly, highly recommended. I have been coming here for over 10 years for skin checks and skin cancer issues. You will not find a more kind, caring and knowledgeable Dermatologist than Dr. Bank. Never rushed and ALWAYS puts you at ease. After 3 Mohs surgeries, the same can be said for Dr. Nolan the plastic surgeon. Highly skilled, compassionate and totally focused on ensuring a successful outcome. Nurses Diane and Stacey - true professionals. The competence and warm welcome of the entire front desk staff. Look no further.

Dr. is incompetent, and lacks basic compassion for his patients! One day told me biopsy was negative. Two days later advised me I had cancer, & offered me no referrals. Then attempted to get my medical records by lying that he did give me a referral. Outright lie. His office manager & nurse are cold & rude!!

Dr Bank is amazing… always ready to help and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Can’t say enough good things!

Dr. Bank has been so kind, attentive and amazing since I first became his patient over 12 years ago! The office is run very well, they’re always prompt for your appointment time, the office clean, and everyone who assists is fabulous!

In just 1 visit with Dr. Bank I’m already beginning to see improvement. I’ve struggled with rosacea my entire life and have tried just about everything else but nothing worked without causing some other skin issue. So after considering my options I decided to visit Dr. Bank for consult on V-Beam laser. He’s very thorough in explaining details and answering questions and is top notch! I found the staff cordial yet cold. The doctor spent all of 10 minutes max with me for a body scan for cancer and to overlook some concerns I had. I did not find anything remarkable about the appointment or time there. Maybe if one is getting cosmetic procedures that cost big bucks they treat you with a lot of kindness and attention.

From the moment I walked in the staff was really accommodating and nice. This was my first time going to Dr. Bank and getting Botox. I was a little nervous to go at first but once I got there I was really comfortable. First I had a consultation with Dianne and she walked me through what was going to happen. Dr. Bank once again explained the process, and it was evident thats he is an expert in his field. I am afraid of needles but it went as smoothly as it could have gone and was quick. I went to have a very basic procedure done; to remove a couple of pre cancerous spots on my face. I ended up with 2 scars. Every other dermatologist can do this with no problem. I am never going back

Lipo on my neck. The sleeve holding the platysma wrinkled and Dr Bank did not warn me about this. Gave me a few laser treatments, which did nothing. He suggested that I have other work done and include this problem, but that I would have to pay for it.

Dr. Bank and his staff at The Center for Dermatology are top notch! Very good at what he does. I highly recommend for any of your skin care needs.

Dr. David Bank at The Center for Dermatology has been my families go to physician for both preventative and reparative skin services for over a decade. He has impressive academic credentials and is a wealth of knowledge regarding all skin ailments (from acne to rare skin rashes to melanoma's). His involvement with numerous FDA clinical trials keeps his knowledge current and he is always abreast of the latest injectibles. He has a wonderful bedside manner, doesn't over sell services and has a perfect touch with Botox & Restylane. I also recommend the Fraxel laser which targets aging and sun damaged skin. Professional, great bedside manners, thorough

Dr. Bank and his wonderful Assistant were considerate to my needs and concerns. They were confident, gentle, thoughtful and applied expert precision. They took ample time not to miss a single detail on my small but impactful procedure. The evening of my procedure my 14 year old son (who did not know I had anything done) looked up at me from his mobile device, gazed at me for a moment, cocked his head to the side and said "Mom, you are beautiful. Yup...you are" What more could you ask for!? :) Dr. Bank and his wonderful Assistant were considerate to my needs and concerns. They were confident, gentle, thoughtful and applied expert precision. I woke up with a very strange allergic reaction on my face and was so concerned last week! I spent the morning trying to did a good derm and calling the names I knew of; no one was available or in their offices. My mom remembered that my brother had used Dr. Bank in the past and that he was very good so I decided to give him a try. Without a problem the office squeezed me in for an appointment and upon my arrival I felt so welcome and that I had been going there for years! Dr. Bank diagnosed me right away and pinpointed my exact problem. With his prescription I was healed within two days. Not only is Dr. Bank smart and professional, he has a lovely office, from his comforting nurses to his helpful front desk! HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Bank has always listened carefully to my concerns, and offered clear, professional, advice for a course of treatment. He very patiently allows me to explain the reason for my coming in and then offers the best plan of treatment corresponding to the symptoms he is presented with. I have always trusted Dr. Bank's advice and proposed protocol of treatment. Firstly, due to his patient, clear explanation of proposed treatment and secondly, from the actual results I have experienced from the treatment. An added bonus is that his staff is a pleasure to deal with. Even from the first conversation involving the making of the appointment, to the very professional and obviously experienced assistant. I feel the word "assistant" doesn't describe her. She is more like a partner in the treatment. I've never done a review before, but I believe that a job well done should be made known. After using another dermatology office for filler injections under the eye, I was extremely dissatisfied. My eyes looked awful. Was a terrible application. I needed to remove the filler asap and the people responsible couldn't "fit" me into their calendar, despite causing this mess to my face. They actually referred me to Dr. Bank to fix their mess. Dr. Bank and his staff were awesome. They were patient, understanding, caring, and considerate. They made me extremely comfortable. Dr. Bank did what he could to help me and I left there much better than when I came in. I would definitely use Dr. Bank and his office again, as well as, refer this team to anyone looking for a GOOD doctor! Nikki R. I went to Dr. Bank for filler about 2 years ago. It was a great experience, little or no bruising, What I was most impressed by was his technique and his associate Diane. They were artistic in their approach and strove to achieve the very best results with careful and precise method. The results were long lasting. Recently I revisited Dr. Bank for guidance on a non invasive procedure which would assist in a better facial appearance. Excellent results. He listens and delivers!

Had bad experience with laser treatment. Was not made aware of possible complications. Aesthetician did procedure.Caused permanent damage.Do not recommend.

Dr. Bank is extremely professional and knowledgable in addtion to being very thorough and sincere with his patients.. His kind demeanor puts his patients at ease making the visit a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend Dr. Bank!!
