Very caring and detail-oriented doctor and staff. The most knowledgeable and gentle injector around! Your face deserves only the best, most skilled (and gentle) hands.

Knowledge, personable, friendly and great staff. Knows what he is doing!

Balle is a morally reprehensible person. He puts on an act. He actually looks down at his patients. He is a Narcissist. Please do not patronize his business.

Dr. Balle and staff have wonderful bedside manner and attention to detail. He addresses your concerns with honesty and feedback about expected results. I feel very comfortable about discussing my concerns and goals of treatment. Dr. Balle is truly artistic with his skill for symmetry. Balanced, yet conservative with treatments, building on previous treatments to achieve my goals. It is actually fun to visit and watch him process. Dr. Balle is a professional, knowledgeable and expert cosmetic dermatologist. I've been seeing him for over 5 years and because of his attention to detail with injectables, I will never go to anyone else. I know I'm in great hands with Dr. Balle. Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

If the before and after pictures of Dr. Balle’s face are not enough to frighten you away, the treatment you get from the girl answering his phone will certainly do the trick. I called there to get help with a medical condition and was told they do not bill insurance and will have to pay hundreds of dollars upfront and submit my own claims to insurance. This way, I have to settle for what Blue Cross allows for the service and Grosse Pointe Dermatology gets 100% from ME! What a pile of BS! Clearly, their priority is not helping people. Dr. Balle is greedy, Greedy, GREEDY! Living the life of a musician for 45 years really made me look old. Smokey bars and late nights were bad for my skin. I tried some of Dr. Balle's products and in a few weeks I actually noticed a difference. So did my friends. If I still lived on that side of town I'd still be using them.

I switched my dermatological care to Dr. Balle a little over a year ago. I have been beyond pleased. Dr. Balle has accurately diagnosed and successfully treated a couple of conditions that had eluded my previous provider for years. Dr.Balle and his staff are the best! From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable while impressed by their professionalism. After my first experience here in September, I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Balle is extremely knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to cosmetic treatment and dermatology as well. I came to him with complaints of a small upper lip and he recommended juvederm plus. He spent over an hour with me making sure that my lips looked natural and “balanced”. Immediately after my visit I was impressed with my results and two months later I am still loving them. I love that Dr.Balle spent time with me and understood my concerns about wanting my lips to look as natural as possible. He truly is talented. I was attending a social event in the fall of 2017 hosted by Dr. Balle and staff. To my surprise I received a call I had won the grand prize! I finally made arrangements late February and Dr. Balle and his staff were awesome. Dr. Balle is very calm and knowledgeable in what he does. He puts you at ease and is very concerned w your happiness. I am so pleased I can't say enough nice things and I plan to switch to his continuing care and treatments. Staff was nice but the room was freezing cold... The doctors were very attentive to my concern.

Dr. Balle and his staff are outstanding. He treated my skin condition right away while demonstrating care and excellence. I would recommend him every time!

Dr. Balle made me feel completely at ease with zero shame. I will agree with the other review that the room was freezing. I've been there many, many times and it's always an icebox in the exam room. I have no idea why. The nurse would give me a heat lamp, but it was very uncomfortable. However, Dr. Balle is still absolutely amazing and I love his staff. He is very personable and cares about you as the patient. Always greets you in a warm welcoming manner. He makes me feel comfortable with the procedure. And he does a great job.
