Rude!Condescending!Entitled! Very disappointed after our most recent visit when Arkin patronizingly criticized our medical decision!!!His tone was sarcastic and demeaning. He went on to give unsolicited “commands” about our travel and medical decisions.Was not acting professional. I am sure he doesn’t even care about reviews… I am guessing he might soon retire…so why not use the power card? Time to switch to other service providers. There is plenty of fish in the sea!
Rude behaviour . He will not listen to all your concerns. He is in a hurry to wrap the session. We wont be comfortable to talk everything to him.

Dr. Arkin listens to his little patients & parents with our concerns/ailments. Then has quickly solved each problem.

Charged me $45 late fee for a $15 copay, which I would have made the payment on the day I visited the office. I told them that I was not aware of the pending payment and they still did not want to waive the late fee. Would have made sense if it was a huge amount of money and if I delayed it on purpose. In this case the late fee is 3 times the actual payment. Does it make sense ? Not sure if they could even do this with out my prior consent. Very unfortunate that I have to now find a new
Dr Arkin has been wonderful. We have been with him for 13 years. But the appointment and scheduling staff is very rude. First they cancel an appointment and secondly they have no respect for the patients time. I would highly encourage doctor Arkin to train his staff about being polite and respect.
