Dr. David G Apple

My experience with Doctor David Apple, DO was not pleasant. His demeanor was condescending and he made many assumptions while avoiding trying to understand my situation. When I asked simple questions he would get defensive about it. To top everything off, he told me that he wouldn't perform normal blood tests that I have had done for many years at previous practices, then he proceeded to tell me that no doctor in any state would not perform those tests (obviously a lie since I've had these tests recommended and performed by doctor's in two other states). A combination of Doctor Apple's attitude, unwillingness to discuss or understand my situation, and his complete dismissiveness caused me to tell him that our doctor-patient relationship would not work. He immediately stood up, said "I'll void out your visit", then walked out of the room without another word. I've never experienced such a disrespectful primary care physician in my life. Made a new patient appointment, which on the phone she wanted to know what medicines I was on because Dr. Apple doesn’t do “hardline” drugs????????‍♀️She then told me he would see me only if it was to wean off them, fine that was my goal anyway so I booked an appointment weeks out as he only sees one new patient a day. Weeks go by and I get a message that we have to reschedule because oops they had already booked a new patient that day. She asks me to reschedule for a month later, after I have already waited weeks. Nope, it was their mistake not mine, asking me to wait almost 2 months to be seen because of their mistake is not somewhere I want to establish care. I would think twice about all these bad reviews and just avoid. When you move, it's usually a good idea to inform your patients so they are not late for their appointment, then to tell you they don't have time with only two people in the waiting room. What a joke! Most definitely can find a better facility then this place.

Amazing Dr

Dr. Apple respected my concerns and provided me the best care possible for my situation. I recommend BCH and their staff for your medical needs.

Dr. Apple is an amazing doctor. He always explains everything to me in detail so I can completely understand. I always feel better and like I've learned something afterwards. If you're looking for a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients, go see him!

First rate professional. Having recently moved to Colorado, I needed a new general practitioner. I was fortunate to have received a referral from a good friend - pointing me to Dr. Apple. His front office and medical staff are first rate. Dr. Apple listens, explains, counsels and offers practical advice. And he follows up. How nice to have a doctor call you up to explain lab results. Staff was friendly, otherwise I would give this place one star. I came in with a list of symptoms, this Dr. didn't even look at it or talk about those symptoms I wanted to fix. Instead he focused on the fact that I wasn't happy or smiling that morning and was trying to push antidepressants. Never mind the fact that my bf was just in the hospital, my Aunt died, I'm between jobs, and stressed about money. Stay away from this misogynistic, pill-pushing doctor. Only Dr. Who cared enough to call and check in. HIMSELF!

I am considerably impressed by Dr. Apple. I have never before had a doctor that is so informative in regards to explaining the complexities of a potential medical issue and the nature of the many treatment options. When you ask him a question you will get a seminar in response, which I truly appreciate. He has been prompt in replying to my out of office inquiries and in returning test results. Dr. Apple's P.A. makes an office visit even better as she is kind, courteous, and always pleasant to interact with. The front office staff is pleasant and manages to remain so even when it is apparent that they are very busy. I am considerably impressed by Dr. Apple.
