Dr. Anderson was so professional and has a wonderful rapport. He answered my questions and explained options in an understandable manner.

Dr. Anderson has tremendous knowledge and expertise. He is an excellent diagnostician who is very patient-oriented and geared to explaining everything in easily understood layman’s terms. With all of his expertise, he is kind and caring; the patient comes first. I have been his patient for 2 different problems including one surgery and had excellent results both times. I trust Rothman surgeons beyond any others. The head man, Richard Rothman, did bilateral total hip replacement on me several years ago. Dr Greg Anderson is the best spine surgeon you can find. He did my herniated disk and also my wife’s spinal fusion. He is caring, listens and explains things that you can understand. His honesty is truly appreciated. His skill with surgery is beyond compare !

Dr. Anderson was my my spine surgeon for several years and did my spinal fusion. He exhausted every conservative treatment before recommending the surgery and did an excellent job providing me the means to make a significant recovery. He is knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond for patients.

Have had the pleasure of Dr. Anderson being my spine surgeon for 6 years now. Believe me I was at the end of my rope with spinal disease. Dr. Anderson exhausted every Avenue before I had to have surgery. He is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and is genuinely interested in the whole person, not just the operative area. He spends an extensive amount of time with you, to ensure that you understand each step in the process. No question is too muck. He gives you whatever it takes, like you are his only patient for the day. He explains things in layman’s terms so the average joe can understand and truly allays all your fears at that time. HE TAKES HIS TIME AND HAS A VERY ELOQUENT BEDSIDE MANNER. His patients are truly NUMBER 1. From day one I’ve always said he has hands from GOD. And he has given me back my life from constant pain and dysfunction. Again thank you to Dr.Anderson.

Dr Anderson did a cervical fusion followed by lumbar a few weeks later. My recovery from the cervical was much better than my mother’s and siblings’ (genetics). As he described it his minimally invasive technique used a person the move things around with their fingers when needed, versus retractors or whatever clamping on body parts for the surgeries duration. He also monitored up a nerve signals during the surgery. 2 years later… very happy. Most numbness and pain in arms is gone. Also very happy with the lumbar surgery. After 2 years I feel the surgery is working. I can walk and stand! Still stiff and I think I’ll need to stretch & exercise for the duration, but VAST improvement!!!

I Meant to leave 5 stars for Dr Anderson but I put 1 star in error!!! Wish it could be changed!! Dr Anderson deserves 10 stars!!

Dr Anderson is the best I would recommend him he really takes care of you and his staff always makes sure that you have what u need

Dr. Anderson saved my life, twice. He is a gifted surgeon. He gives sage advice, he is honest, and provides the best medical care for his patients. May God bless and reward him abundantly!

Dr Anderson was amazing from start to finish He performed my spinal fusion in 2012 and had me back to %100 in no time at all . It has now been almost 9 years and if it wasnt for the scars I wouldn't even know I had my spinal cord repaired

Referred to Dr. Anderson from a friend... he spent time with us, explained the procedure and answered all questions... one thing that stands out is he did not make "promises" that after surgery I will be "all better" his expecations as relayed to me are realistic.. and to me that means the world..

Dr Anderson is an excellent surgeon and I would highly recommend the Rothman Institute and their specialty hospital in Bensalem. I had TLIF surgery in September, thought there was a problem, and was having unusual pain. I Called for an appointment in the AM and had an appointment and was scheduled that afternoon. An X-RAY was taken and Dr Anderson answered all my questions. Great service. Great doctor.

Dr. Anderson is truly a physician’s physician(( and I am one also!). He is what I call quietly confident who listens to all of your symptoms and comes up with his approach to your problems. Even though my surgery will be long( 8 hours and difficult) I have great faith and confidence in Dr. Anderson that we will succeed!

Dr. Anderson performed a spinal fusion on my lower back in April 2019. My goal, after experiencing pain for years and numbness in my leg, multiple epidurals, was to be pain free, run and just to be able to stand and have a conversation. All three goals have been accomplished. It is now six months later, the pain was gone immediately except for healing time of course and I feel great! I wouldn't take the time to do this rating if Dr. Anderson did not deserve it. He definitely made a difference in my life.

He explained everything so I would understand. He gave me time to make a decision on the operation. I didn’t feel pressure to do the operation or not.

Dr Anderson is an excellent spine surgeon. I have a difficult spinal issue which has been extremely hard to fix, yet Dr. Anderson has done and continues to do everything he can to resolve my condition. He has an excellent bedside manner, makes himself available when needed, and he doesn't give up. I would recommend him to anyone having to contemplate spinal surgery.

Dr Anderson is caring and is willing to take time to carefully and and explain your options.

Dr Anderson actually listens to the patient, does an exam, reviews the medical record and takes the time to tell you the truth and explain everything. He never appears rushed and concentrates solely on you, the patient. Most important, his surgical skills are stellar. I was fortunate to be a candidate for a micro-surgery technique in the lumbar area. I had an excellent result - very happily pain free with very little down time.

Dr, Anderson saved my life. If not for him I would be in a wheelchair. He performed two of my back surgeries. The last one in 2014. I have referred many patients to him. All with good outcomes. Thank you Dr. Anderson

Dr. Andersen was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He is an outstanding doctor! He has offered me a potential surgical solution to my lower back pain that has been with me for close to 50 years.

Dr. Anderson was so easy to work with and always took his time to answer all of my questions. I had been in pain for so long and really never thought I was going to feel better. Dr. Anderson performed an ALIF fusion on my L5/S1, and from the day after the surgery I knew the original back pain was gone! Dr. Anderson is my hero!!

I am thankful I researched spinal specialists for a second opinion and found Dr. Anderson at Rothman Institute. Dr. Anderson was brutally honest with us. He informed my father that he needed surgery ASAP, was a high risk candidate (old heart attach and recent stroke) with less than 50% chance of regaining any motor function or bowel / bladder control. He had surgery the following day. The morning after surgery he was able to move both legs again. Blessed he is on the road to recovery!

I can not begin to tell you how much I was impressed by Dr.Anderson and his team. It was one if not the best experience I have had with a doctor. He is smart, professional and caring. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything carefully and completely with a genuine concern for my problem. He put me at ease about my potential surgery and made me confident that my problems could be corrected. If surgery is needed on my back, he will be the one to do it.

I have seen a lot of doctors /he is the best.

Dr. Anderson used surgery as a very last resort. When it came time for surgery he was straight forward and honest. Being a professional rock climber and avid sailor, my injury was life changing and super depressing. I owe this man and the amazing crew at Jefferson /Rothman my life. I am 100% recovered and back in action. No more pain , flexibility has returned and I live a normal and productive life. Surgery is always terrible but if you want the best.....this man is your best shot at healing.

I suffered from crippling back pain for 2 years and received 3 epidurals and PT as well. Finally, after reviewing my latest MRI results, my physical medicine doctor suggested that I might be a candidate for spinal surgery, and recommended Dr. A. I met with Dr. Anderson who immediately impressed me with his knowledge of my particular situation and his warm yet professional personality. I am forever grateful to Dr. Anderson for allowing me to return to my former active and pain-free lifestyle.

Dr Anderson is Great!! I really went to him the first time for a second opinion and my Mother and I both really, really liked him. He was very straight forward and said I can Fix You!! Just like that!! He is very calming and makes you feel like he really cares about you and wants the best for you, right from the start!! But does tell you like it is and then tells you to go home and think about it and come back with any questions you may have. I felt like I was in very good hands!!

I never believed my spinal stenosis problem could be so completely resolved with one (or more) operations. I am so happy Dr. Anderson was so skilled and trained in the type of operations I needed. It was my lucky day when I was referred to him, and I will be grateful to him as long as I live.

I sought out Dr. Anderson because of his specialty and leadership in minimally invasive spine surgery. He was thorough in his examination and explained my diagnosis and treatment options carefully. I went to Dr. Anderson after seeing another Dr. several times for back pain. When I went in for my appt., there was ZERO wait time. They took me right away. All 3 staff members were kind and caring. The Doctor reviewed my MRI with me, my previous Dr. could not be bothered to explain anything. Dr. Anderson was very compassionate and concerned. He spent almost an hour with me and assured me my pain would cure itself in time. He did not push for more appts. or procedures. A great experience
