Dr. David Paul Alfano

Very disappointing. Just because I was not able to attend 2 appointments the office will not see my child who has an infection.. terrible service.. I will report them!!

Two of my children have been coming here for a year and I can truly say… they enjoy coming here! Dr Alfano and his staff are knowledgeable and simply amazing!! So glad I found this office and can’t wait for my baby to become a patient as well.

ZERO STARS FOR DDS ALFANO!! Children and families run from this poor excuse of a pediatric dentist!!!!! He takes his personal problems and aggression out on his patients whom are children. Rude staff. They placed No lead vest on my children when taking x-rays. Which I expressed my concern about X-rays, before they brought my children back back. I was a patient of Dr. Alfano's and now bring my own children to his practice. The staff are wonderful and have been there forever. Dr. Alfano is so calm and patient with my children (who love to wear purple on their visits since they know it's his favorite color). My experience has never been short of amazing. I also appreciate how quickly he returns my phone calls when I have had an emergency. He even checks in on my babies afterwards! Everyone I know (friends and coworkers) bring their children to Dr. Alfano. My kids and their friends LOOK FORWARD to going to the DENTIST! That speaks volumes in itself. First time visiting with my two daughters today. Both dentist and staff exceeded my expectations in all aspects- appointments, greeting, professionalism, and dealing with my two toddlers. They were kind, friendly, thorough and explained everything and did a great job. I am very happy with the services provided.

After being with these Dr. for more than 3 years with 2 of my kids, he refused to give us service again supposedly because it’s been 4 times I have forgotten the appointment, I went through my agenda and nope just 2 times and I think if you have integrity Dr Alfano you would never refuse to give service only if you are a genuine Dr that works out of live for your profession without forgetting all the years I trusted him with my kids. I won’t recommend this place not even if is the last Dentist but thank God he’s not. I should of have change a long time ago when I saw different things I did not like, like very low service with people with insurance from the state. Things happen for a reason and I got to make an appointment with a true loving Dentist that don’t do what this individual did. Dr. Alfano is just such an amazing dentist! My son was in pain due to an infection and it happened during the weekend Dr. Alfano was able to help my son out and I’m just so grateful because he called me back quickly and was able to help my baby. No other dentist has been so kind like Dr. Alfano!!! I highly recommend. Thank you????

Hands down the best dentist ever, so caring, explains everything. However I’m a little disconcerted with them referring us out for my daughters filling. I believe it has something to do with the type of insurance we have

The best dentist I’ve been to with my son, everyone was so polite and very professional!

I saw him when I was a kid and now my son goes to him. He was great 20+years ago and still is! My 3yo loves going to see him every six months!

Pretty cool place. Brought my 2 year old and my 7 year old. There is a play area and an awesome fish tank! Staff wasn't as cheery as you should be when dealing with small children, except one lady. But they did their jobs and fast.

My kids have been going to them for years! They are awesome and amazing! Thank you for always taking great care of my kids! ????

Took my 2 year old. She was a little scared but they was really patient and friendly to her to clam her down. And they have a little play area for the kids. I will be taking my daughter again in July!

I love Dr. Alfano! I have been going here for about 15 years. He is very honest and supper sweet! Staff are great, sweet, and helpful aswell! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alfano.

Went for my daughter’s 1st visit and we couldn’t have had a better experience. My daughter absolutely loved the office and afterwards she couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved going to the dentist and how nice and funny he was. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Alfano has been Our Pediatric DDS for the past 18 yrs. He has cared for all 5 of my kids and now my granddaughter. I wouldn't choice another Dentist over him for the care of my kids. He provides quality serive with a caring, friendly-family environment that my kids are always excited to visit him agsin,; an even remind me that they are due for their check up. Don't forget to wear something Purple and i know my kids dont; it's the Dr. Favorite color. Must mention his fabulous staff. Always a pleasure to work with. Friendly & Proficient. This was our second visit to Dr. Dave and it was wonderful. The doctor, as well as the staff, were so nice and made my daughter feel comfortable. She loves picking out the little gifts at the end. Highly recommend this dentist.

If I could give more stars I would!! I’ve been searching forever for a great pediatric dentist and I found it today!! I have 3 children 11,9, and 3 and today was my 3 years olds very first visit and she did amazing. The dentist and his staff are beyond amazing! Not to mention there is little to no wait time and they don’t over book tons of patients for the same time. 3 kids and we were all done within an hour tops. Kid friendly environment. I highly recommend this office, I’m so pleased to finally get my children settled with one dentist. If I could give more stars I would!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. The doctor and staff are all equally wonderful. Always kind, professional, welcoming with speedy and efficient service. You don't get that vibe too often from medical practices, but Dr. Alfano and staff are one of a kind! We and our little girl absolutely adore this gentle pediatric dentist DDS Alfano and his entire fantastic team. From phone, to entering office and going back with our little one. The entire experience is smooth, fast and very much appreciated!

Amazing and patient staff. It was my daughters first time ever to the dentist so she was a lil difficult. Dr. Alfano and his staff reassured me and tried to comfort her. They kept their calm composure and handled her very kindly. We will be moving to another area and i will have no problem driving the long distance just to see this doctor. He even took his time after her exam to speak with us, it makes you feel great when the doctor isnt rushing onto the next patient. I have never felt so relieved leaving a dentist. My son was traumatized by previous dentist's visits and was so difficult to handle. I decided to switch dentists and brought him here hoping it was more kid friendly. THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! Just walking through the door I felt better, there's games and toys and a giant fish tank. It is such a beautiful office, and the staff are all so friendly and kind. They handled my son wonderfully, explaining everything step by step and even when he lost it for a sec they remained sweet and composed with him. I was so happy I wanted to hug the doctor lol. After so many difficult traumatic dentist visit at other offices I have to say this place is a breath of fresh air. God is good. Thank you Dr. Alfano, you guys are amazing! Very nice, staff. Dr.Alfano very nice and explained everything, answered all my questions. Nice, clean waiting room.

We adore Dr. Alfano and his staff. Friendly and prompt. We have NEVER have waited more than 5 minutes to be seen by Dr.Alfano. The kids have always been more than comfortable with him. And they NEVER try to nickel and dime you.

Dr and staff Extremely patient and caring. The best thing I like about this Dr is his fair and honest approach regarding his exams, he's not looking to make a quick buck off your kids teeth by making the parents panic..But to inform and keep your kids teeth healthy.

My kids and I love Dr. Alfano and his staff. They are all equally amazing. My kids love when it's time to go to the dentist (they are actually excited about it). Dr. Alfano is very thorough when giving an explanation. I also love that I don't have to take too much time off of work because they are always running on time and never over book!

Years ago my son and daughters 1st visit was with Dr. Alfano, It was raining so hard we didn't want to get drenched. The office staff came out and got us with umbrellas - Dr. Alfano grab my daughter and got us out of hard rain himself! Hope that helps you understand his level of personability and care! Both of my kids did 1000 times better than we expected. My daughter has some sensory issues and ADHD none of which the staff new until I told them, and she did very well in his care. My wife and I brought our two girls to see Dr. Alfano for their first dental experience. The facility was very clean and they had a nice open space for the kids to be entertained while they wait. I was rather concerned for my one daughter because she is very shy and has been difficult at times with our pediatrician. Dr. Alfano and staff was very friendly and the girls seemed to warm up to this new experience of having to go to the dentist. Dr. Alfano took his time with them and us to answer all our questions. We could tell he truly loves what he does. We also liked the fact that we could be present with our girls for a routine visit that day. While we completely understand for more involved issues we would probably not be allowed in the same room, for safety reasons. Parents if you are looking for a Dentist for your child/children, you will be very happy with Dr. Alfano and staff! Fantastic experience, I had been looking for a new pediatric dentist for my 2 sons, I called for an appointment, they got me in the same day. Very friendly staff and the Doctor is great with the kids, both my boys loved him. I would highly recommend this office.
