Family medicine has been our family practice in one form or another for many years. The Docs are courteous, thorough and professional. The staff is refreshingly upbeat and friendly, (unlike the majority of clinics and hospitals in this area. The make you feel like annoying cattle.) There are many locations for this practice making it very easy to get advice or treatment. I would highly recommend this practice for individuals or families. First time appointment today. Office staff very professional and courteous. Dr. Alengo answered all my questions and gave me a great office visit. Very happy with office.

I was in and out much faster than the Waukegan office

It was completely packed and the door was left wide open to my room while the doctor told me my results and my prescription with no discretion whatsoever. This is also after I never saw the doctor I came in to see, AND they dropped my culture on the floor before bagging it and sending it off! Will I go back there? No.
