Unprofessionalism , rude and crude behavior. Very unconcerned of what his patients have to say. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Dr Aizenmann has been my PCP for four years now at the recommendation of my late father in law. After some weeks of deliberation I have decided to switch to another doctor for the following reasons. Dr Aizenmann has failed to maintain professional standards of communication - as one would expect from a Doctor. He has adopted a crude style of speech e.g. use of profanity in an appointment which I have found crass and uncouth. He has been confrontational in his remarks when asking why I had not made an appointment with him in a year (Covid, demanding work hours, his office is closed on the one day I am afforded any lattitude from my job) when a simple line of inquiry or expression of concern would have been sufficient. He has most recently declined a request to add refills to a prescription for an electronic diabetic sensor. My reasons for going elsewhere are purely related to his personality and conduct and are not a reflection on his abilities as a Doctor or his knowledge of medicine. We love Dr A. He helped my husband last year when no other Dr could figure the problem out. Now he is our family Dr.

Dr. Aizenman needs a new office staff. My husband took off work early for a physical needed by year end. The office administrator informed him they could not do the physical since it had not been a year since his last exam. She did not bother calling BCBS who would have advised her ok to proceed, as our plan has a Calendar Year Benefit Period. Rather she rescheduled my husband's appointment for next week. Later that day we had a BCBS Benefits Consultant call Dr. Aizenman's office and advise our plan would cover the physical today, and that my husband would like to come back for his bloodwork. She was told he could not come today, that the appointment had been rescheduled, without any consideration for his time or inconvenience. The BCBS associate advised she was unnecessarily rude. A few years ago, when attempting to get our annual physicals, the same office assistant wrongly told us we could not discuss anything during the wellness visit related to medical conditions, that a second office visit with a copay would be necessary. This too, according to BCBS, was incorrect. We attempted to explain to her that multiple procedure codes could be filed on the same claim, as long as ONE code was for a preventative exam. We should've only had to pay lab copays for the other tests we requested, not an office visit copay, which essentially eliminated our insurance plan's wellness benefits, not to mention taking extra time off work for a 2nd visit. The office assistant lacks customer focus and positive communication skills such as listening. We have found Dr. Aizenman to be a good doctor, very smart, a good diagnostician, rather than just a prescriber of meds, and takes an interest in his patients. However, we are done. We will go get our annual physicals somewhere else where there is more interested in helping us and a better understanding of our insurance plan. Dr. Aizenman needs a new office staff. Beat Doctor Ever!

Saw him years ago and he was a great Dr. I wonder if he is seeing new patients. I need a new doc again

Dr. Aizenman has been my primary care doctor for about two decades. Honestly you can't ask for a better doctor, the man just seems to know everything. One can tell he knows what he's doing because of the probing questions he ask, he's not going to rush you and can even make you laugh when you feel awful. The Dr. Has a patient that has requested life insurance through my company. Medical release forms were signed to obtain the last few years Of medical records. Attempts to obtain these records has been going on for weeks, several phone calls have been made to the doctors office about the medical records. Receptionist continues to say they do not know when records will be sent. I have personally talked to the doctor twice about when medical records will be provided and I quote “ When I am in my office I am seeing patients” I told him I understand that but his patient cannot get the life insurance that he is requesting until we get those medical records to review. He basically Insinuated that it was not very important to him at all and told me to have a good day and hung up. I personally went to this doctor years ago to try him out and let’s just say I went one visit, comments were made and I never returned. Customer service, attitude, respect goes a long way in today’s world. I hope someone finds this information valuable in making a Decision whether to use this doctor. Dr. Aizenman has been my primary physician for over 18 years. He is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him.

My wife has not been this healthy in decades. Dr David has taken the time and has the knowledge and skill to get her blood pressure under control and to care for her entire wellbeing. Wish we had found him years ago.

I've seen him for over 20 years. Now he is so aggrant that is ego gets in the way of helping and treating patients. And the reception is the rudest person I've ever met!

A great doctor

The greatest doctor I've known. Great bedside manner. Never rush you. Listens.

Takes time to listen & explain his diagnosis. He is friendly & humorous but always professional. I trust his judgement & treatment recommendations and he has been my doctor since I came to Alabama in 1995. He is simply the best.

This has to be the most caring family practice I have ever been at! My entire family comes to see Dr. Aizenman and his office staff from the moment you come in is very pleasant and helpful! Diane is so funny especially I love hearing her talk although she has been in the US for years! Her daughter is the nurse who is one that handles us all in the room before the Dr comes in! Then the AWESOME Dr. Aizenman comes in with his witty self! He not only takes all the time in the world with you he will go above and beyond the call of duty to figure out what is wrong with you! Most Drs run in and out and personally don’t care but he does! I am so happy that my husband found Dr. Aizenman and his wonderful team!!!!!! Dr. Aizenman is the best Doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to listen and really cares about me and my family. He tells funny jokes too. I will also mention that his staff is amazing. The receptionist is very accommodating with my schedule and is very pleasant to talk to and the nurse Lauren is the best at giving shots. You can't even feel it. Great Caring Drs office

Dr. Aizenman seems to care and spends a good bit of time talking to you. However the follow up on everything is non existent. I felt like the reason I went in the first place was not addressed. I was supposed to have a sleep test and colonoscopy but after many calls to the office and went back to see if they were going to call I finally got tired of having to remind them and said forget it. Never got any blood test results. Doctor is good but his nurse and office help are kind of rude

Dr Aizenman talks plain and direct. Doesn't waste time but spends much more time with patients than any doctor I've ever been to. Actually cares.
