Dr Shah drained abscesses near my 18 year old's tonsils twice. He performed the painful procedure with such care and kindness, my daughter could handle it. He diagnosed the suspected abscess, when even the radiologist was unsure (based on CT). Fantastic training and experience. The Shrewsbury ENT group is awesome!!! The doctors work together seamlessly. The best in modern medicine, period. I can't thank them enough!!

Extremely disappointing care. Disrespectful attitude and horrible bedside manner. Did not help to address my individual concerns or make me feel comfortable in order to ask questions about my condition. Do not recommend. Service is not personalized or patient centered.

Dr Shah as a spectacular doctor. He is courteous, kind incredibly smart I knew exactly what to do for my issue, but the doctor is only as good as his office. The entire office is rude obviously overworked condescending and couldn’t care less about the patient. I have a side effect from my nose spray the doctor gave me I tried to call the office including today five times and never received a call back. The office manager Tina says according to their records I got a call at 8:52 AM one morning. That is absolutely not true so she said “are you saying my staff is lying and I said yes, not only do I have my phone with me at all times, if by chance I don’t I have a smart watch which would’ve rang . I also checked my missed calls and I did not receive one from their office so ,yes the doctor Shah is spectacular the office is awful. The office is only good as the manager leading them which is Tina.

An amazing 5 Diamond Stellar Experience. Dr. Darsit Shah, and his team mates, including the front desk personnel exceeded my expectations. There is lots of care when walking in with the assistance in the tablet application, followed by the examination with Dr Shah, including his awesome demeanor, and extrodinary kind personality, a gentleman that listens, who gives you honest choices, no hard selling, and it's up to you to determine what best for you. His teammates, Cara Dorazio, Dr. Of Audiology, and her Assistant Christina Tornatore are amazing, and super knowledgeable in products associated with ENT, specifically, in this experience, included OTICON. Age is irrelevant, if you have modest, slightly over or severe hearing impairment, give this office a try. You will not be disappointed. Best wishes.

Dr Shah is the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever been to. He explains everything so I can understand it and makes me feel important. He never rushes and takes his time. And not to mention easy in the eyes! ??

Genuinely cares about you, listens to you and spends more than enough time discussing issues with you. Highly recommend him.

Excellent doctor! The office staff is wonderful. Dr. Shah was referred to my daughter by a specialist with thyroid issues. Dr. Shah's extensive experience and background, along with his professional manner gives comfort to truly understanding the situation. I cannot say enough about Dr. Shah and the office staff.

Dr. Shah is truly one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He made sure I was always getting the care I needed, ensured that I understood what was going on and most importantly was so kind and caring. I knew I was in good hands in his care! Thank you Dr. Shah and nurse, Cynthia!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shah….he is an excellent doctor….and, kind and caring. He takes the time to sit and talk with you and explain everything. He is the BEST!

They claim guaranteed appointment same day, however, it's not the case. That means guaranteed at one of their several offices including NY. Even after calling all three, it was a 30 day wait!! Terrible misleading customer service!!
