Excellent very caring and professional always pleasant to talk with especially during COVID she was still open and filled out my forms also

She take care her patients extremely well but waiting hour is no less than one hour.

She's been my doctor for more than 15 years she's a very compassionate understanding beautiful doctor.

She's really helpful and caring and will give you her undivided attention. The receptionist is very helpful as well and will guide you though the necessary steps whenever you have a question.

I have never met a more irresponsible doctor in my life. I called her office in the morning and told her assistant that i had fever and multiple other covid like symptoms for the 4th day and feeling horrible. Assistant told me that Dr. Butala was busy and would call me back. Of course she never called back. I had to call her 4 more times and at the end around 4:30pm forced them to get her on the phone. Then she refused to send me the covid testing kit although i explained how dire my situation and that i couldn’t leave house due to the fever caused chills. I have had some bad experiences with her before but now I have immediately got rid of her as PCP and would like the other people to also know not to fall for this scammer not a doctor. Dr Butala, she’s an amazing doctor from 2005 I’ve been her patient. She’s kind, takes her time she always friendly and listen to your concerns.

I use to be scared to go to the doctors till my mother told me to come to DR. Butala. Motherly feeling and always looking out for your best. She doesn’t just give meds and is actually invested in your health. Really great doctor ????????

Dr. Butala is absolutely amazing, she takes her time explaining questions and concerns. She is not a robot physician rather she listens and shows empathy. Overall my visit was delightful, beginning from filling out paper work to my actual interaction. Definitely recommend Dr. Butala.

This is the WORST doctor office I have ever visited. The receptionists are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with be it on the phone or in person. They are unprofessional, lack patience, lack proper phone etiquette.They hang up on people amd talk down to people. The office is disgusting and unwelcoming. I have been waiting for results for 3 weeks for my blood work. I never heard from them. I call and I find out that they have had them. Ok they never called me. They said I have to make an appointment to come in for results. So how come no one called me to swt this up? How long would I have been waiting till someone called me to come in? I am running out of my pills. Pills I need to live and this office has people just sitting doing what exactly? I have been waiting to hear from.this doctor that is also horrible. As soon as I get my appointnents for two other exams completed and my results for those remaining tests I will be changing primary care doctors. I wont even get into how unprofessional, tactless and apathetic this Dr is. I am 31 and I have never experienced anything like this. I am truly disgusted. I cannot wait to change doctors. When I first walked her young receptionists were so warm and welcoming. Once I finished the paperwork, the receptionist took my height and weight. We were joking around the whole time, easing my tension of seeing a doctor (which I'm not fond of). I was very disarmed by the time Dr Butala was ready for me Dr Butala listened to my story with patience and understanding.
