I am more than happy to be a patient of Dr Willett. He’s very caring and compassionate. I was told by many nurses and a physician he was the best and they weren’t kidding!

"Dr. Willett is the best." My endocrinologist said it when he referred me and I heard it a dozen more times before surgery from friends and clinicians. The entire experience from Dr Willett and his office was amazing. His professionalism and bedside manor are impeccable. If you need an ENT surgeon, stop looking. Dr. Willett IS the best.

Dr. Willett is an exceptionally caring and professional ENT doctor. Took his time and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr. Willett and his entire surgical staff. I found Dr. Willett , when I was looking for a second opinion to have my sons tonsils removed because I was less than thrilled with the practice my insurance told me was the only ENT covered. NOT TRUE, MEDICAL MUTUAL shame on you. The first doctor stated my son needed to have strep 7 times in one year before he would consider removing them, which is beyond ridiculous. Dr. Willett did not agree with the first doctors recommendations or lack there of and said they needed to be removed. My son's tonsils were enormous, mushy and full of stones. Although removing them at age 24 was far from a picnic, he feels so much better and the snoring has come to an end. Thank you Dr. Willett for your expertise and professionalism. Your bedside manor is exceptional. He even text my son a photo of these narly tonsils once they were removed. If you are in need of an ENT, this is the only guy to see. I really like Dr Willett very much. He explained everything he was doing during my visit and also clearly explained my condition. I will continue to see Dr Willett about any future issues

We absolutely love Dr. Willett. He is very personable and takes time to explain procedures, conditions and treatment in a very easy to understand manner. He uses humor to lighten the situation. We don't believe there is a better doctor out for us! Thanks Dr. Willett! You are the best!

Dr. Willett listens to your concerns and explains conditions and proposed approaches thoroughly. He is very personable, does not rush you thorough. I had researched my condition well before seeing him and he answered my questions patiently. He uses state of the art practices with parathyroidism. My surgery and recovery went very well. I am very satisfied and would return to him with any issues with thyroid or hyperthyroid.

Dr. Willett is an awesome Doctor and human being. He is very thorough in his examinations as well as his explanations of procedures. He was very kind to my family after my neck surgery earlier this year. This was very much appreciated by them as well as myself. He is one of the most personable physicians I have ever met.

I was referred to Dr. Willett by my PCP and discovered before my appointment that he had corrected my nephew's misdiagnosis of mono to Hodgkin's. Not only did he listen to my concerns and provide excellent care but he also REMEMBERED my nephew after almost 2 years! I was very impressed and would recommend him to ANYONE!

He answered my question, what would you do if it were you, with an answer that benefit me not the practice, truly honest.

My husband had his thyroid removed he did a great job spent a lot of time to avoid cutting through muscle which is much appreciated. I am going back to him myself for some out patient surgery which I am sure will go as well. Really nice guy and seems very respected by other doctors and by surgical nurses we had contact with at Riverside.

I saw Dr Willett in march he said I needed sinus surgery, which I had on Friday 5/13/2016. I think it was the best thing possible for me. He was very caring and explained every step knowing I was very fearful. I would recommend him, his staff and the Ohio surgery center to anyone without hesitation!
