The doctor lives up to his name, and was very biased and discriminatory towards me based on the status of covid vaccination status. To assume my status and be unprofessional about it was completely wrong. I was rushed out, and treated very rudely. You don’t take out your personal views on patients

Receptionist is very rude. I called to inquire about their services. I was told you have to come in first for blood work then a second time for results and a weight mgmt plan. I don't really have time for 2 appts in one week due to my schedule. Once she heard that I wasn't scheduling an appt right now due to the 2 appt rule she said oh ok "well that's how we do it, so good bye" and hung up in my face!! Whoa! I just set there and looked at my phone. Did she really just hang up in my face... just unprofessional... maybe I would have decided to make some adjustments to go, but definitely not now... Dr. Gross is the best around! He has helped me achieve weight loss many times and taught me better nutrition. He made me realize that I wasn't clinically depressed by taking the initiative to test my hormones. Once I began hormone pellets my life was literally changed! He was also the only doctor that listen to my concern when my hysterectomy scar hadn't healed in 6 months. He put a plan of action into place and my incision began healing immediately and was completely healed within in a month. I absolutely love his wife and nurse Vanessa, she always is available and is very kind and caring. Kender has been with the practice for a long time and is also very kind and caring. EXCELLENT DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS KIND OF FUNNY/CORNY

Dr. Gross seems like a solid professional, however..his staff is insanely rude, unhelpful, irrational, and entirely unprofessional. The way I was spoken to was awful and I would not trust my care with an office where this type of behavior is allowed.

Get ready to be Nickle and dimed. My fee was always something different at checkout. Charged for pregnancy tests for the heck of it when I'm not even sexually active. Canceled a Drs appt. 50 bucks. Completely understand and willing to pay. Coming in every week just to weigh and being charged if I don't no way . My schedule doesn't allow that and not paying for it. Long waits to see the Dr. I never complained but I won't be taken advantage of financially. Not to mention the constant arguments between Dr Gross and his wife. The most incompetent nurse/receptionist , refusing to verify my Cigna insurance because the card contained my middle name not first name.I felt harrassed and degraded. I left , realizing that I was apparently in the wrong place.I have been to numerous medical facilities but have never, in over 30 years of my 55 years , has anyone ever questioned my insurance credentials. Now I need to find another family practitioner. Dr. Darryl Gross is a very good physician. He is compassionate. He shows that he cares about your health needs and concerns. He is very confident in his treatment decisions. He does excellent follow up medical care when needed. He is very thorough with his physical exams. He is very appropriate and professional during an examination. He is very respectful of your privacy. He offered me comfort when dealing with the death of a loved one. I experienced the death of my husband of 22 years. He wss very supportive. He helped me through my grieving process which was a very difficult time for me. I had never lost anyone this close to me in death in my life. I felt numb. It was hard for me to function. I was always a very active confident person. I couldn't eat or sleep well. I was miserable emotionally. He helped me understand PTSD in the life of a veteran and the stress of a law enforcement officer which I was married to for 22 years. After listening to Dr. Gross 's explanation of the grieving process, I was able to deal with the death episode much better and move on with my life in a happy and healthy way. Dr. Gross is very easy to talk to about concerns you may have. Not only about medical problems, but also family personal matters as well. You are not treated like you are just another number. He sees you as a real person. He sees you as a patient who needs good medical care and treatment. He is personable and friendly. He explains your diagnosis with clarity and easy to understand words, and offers a treatment plan that provides reasurrance that relieves tension, stress, or anxiety. He goes over all of your lab results with you personally and creates a treatment plan when needed to address your medical problem or situation. He does not rush your visit with him. He takes his time. He makes appropriate referrals to specialist when necessary. I am very satisfied with the medical care I have received from Dr. Gross. Dr. Darryl Gross is a very good physician. Dr. Gross has been excellent in helping me throughout my weight loss journey. He is so encouraging! The staff is wonderful and understanding when it comes to scheduling appointments with my hectic work schedule. There have been long wait times, but Dr. Gross is worth the wait! He is just great!

I could not get my blood pressure under control . The top number was always higher than160. going on for years. saw like 7 doctors. could never control it. It took him while to figure it out . He is the only one that was able to fix this. I waas about to go to the heart doctor.
