Dr. Pollock is gracious and warm and very good at what he does. He made the examination I had been dreading as comfortable as possible, and if ever again I need help in his area of expertise, he would again be my first choice of a physician.

Excellent surgeon!

Dr Pollock is an excellent doctor. Always on time, very quick with exams, and able to fit in an appt on a short notice for urgent matters.

I have seen Dr. Pollock for multiple issues in the past and can say he is definitely one of the best doctors I have had. He has great bedside manner and explains things thoroughly and respectfully. He performed a lower anterior resection for me and I sailed through thanks to his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr Pollock, is both thoughtful and responsive, and explains procedures and results in terms that can be easily understood. He also takes the time necessary to insure that all of your questions are answered.

HE SEEMED SINCERE AND EXPLAINED IN A WAY WHERE I COULD UNDERSTAND. FRIENDLY AND GENUINE.

I wish I could give zero stars. He is arrogant, uninterested, and uncaring. After a frustrating and painful first visit, he put lies in my medical file that directly contradicted our conversation. His office said they would file a letter I wrote to refute him in my file, then sat on it for six weeks trying to make it go away. The staff are rude, lie, and uninterested in doing their job. He's simply a bad doctor and terrible person. Go anywhere else.

This surgeon may be a good doctor, but he has no bedside manner. After 2 major surgeries, I felt like I was abandoned and on my own. He didn't listen when I told him about some unusual pain I was having which turned out to be something serious, and required an additional 4 days in the hospital. His only concern at the time was that he couldn't write me any prescription for pain meds (I didn't ask for them) because the pharmacy might get on his case. What?!?
