Dr Zenkar's primary concern is for her bottomline not your Health or Safety! As the on-call doc in my group she choose to deny calling in a common and desperately needed flu med prescription insisting I make a dangerous public appearance and pay her hundreds of dollars for a visit. Despite paying enormous amounts in medical insurance she forced me to call in a competent third party that after paying $45 for a phone consultation was able to get me a prescription for Tamiflu. Dr Zanker has been my physician for almost 6 years. She and her staff keep excellent records and notes, and she is amazing at looking at the big picture. Discussing my ongoing depression and fatigue at my last physical, she recommended a sleep study. Sure enough, I have moderate sleep apnea. and now - with a CPAP machine - my sleep is better, and my fatigue and depression are lessening. She is attentive and compassionate, listens well, and has a gentleness and good humor that are reassuring.
