If I need the doctor immediately her staff answers the phone and are very professional. They make sure my message gets to Dr. Oksanen immediately. On the UConn Portal, if it is not immediate, the Doctor responds to me very quickly. Dr. Oksanen cares about her patients. It took me a long time to find another doctor to replace my previous PCP whom I was with for 12 years.

Amazing provider. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years and she is the best doctor I've ever had. She is always on time, always kind and caring and never makes any visit feel rushed. She truly cares about my health.

She has been our family doctor for the past 11-years. She has excellent bedside manners, is very trustworthy, and quite thorough without running a lot of unnecessary tests.
