Dr. Darlene Lynette Jones

This person lacks bedside mannerism. Not considerate or receptive to patients knowledge regarding their health. Very unprofessional disposition that makes you wonder why she considered healthcare which requires compassion, patience. Plenty of doctors in the area you should consider before her with the chip on the shoulder.

Dr. Darlene Jones is a doctor that is manipulative and lacks the proper training in her field. I have a herniated disk and highly allergic to steroid shots she suggested it anyways. She also did no visually share my test results to me . She decided on her own what was right against my wishes. I WAS NOT GIVEN A CHOICE FOR TREATMENT. I went to several doctor's and they all said the same I need surgery not shots. keiser had me suffer for a year I'm still in pain. When I had her investigated keiser never gave me a return number to call to tell my side of the story and how I was treated. Her office manager did the same . The Paperwork recorded conversations etc is attorneys office.

Dr.Jones has been the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen.She listened all my concerns and ordered a treatment that improved my condition.She is an angel.

Terrible experience with a medical professional. This is my second time being referred to a pain specialist with Kaiser at Tysons. The first, I saw Dr. Chui an excellent experience and he diagnosed my nearve sheath tumor. Dr. Jones on the otherhand treated me like a criminal and made me cry from pain and humiliation. She said I had back and groin pain, I do not. I came to her for referrals to alternative pain methods. She scheduled me with doctors not within the location I could travel. Worst.

Was not interested in talking to me like a person and learning about my conditions, just spent the whole appt asking the same questions I answered in the large packet I spent 30 mins filling out. Did not want to consider any other treatments other than the protocol she probably uses on all first time patients.

Dr. Jones always behind in schedule, no compassion, sending patients into withdraw thru her lack of understanding of pain medications or lack of concern of dropping patients drastically off of narcotics. Treating using drugs.com rather than actual knowledge.
