She has been our family Dr for over 15 years, she took care of our uncle, mom and now us:) She gives her professional attention and always listens to her patients! Our mom was a challenge for her, but she gave such a wonderful care and made mom so comfortable! She makes us feel like she is a friend and she is there for us, not like some doctors are unreachable! Professional, knowledgeable and warm!!

Dr. Heron is one of a kind. She is very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. She exhausts all possible avenues to treat me and does not order unnecessary blood work or tests. Even though I am an established patient, it is difficult to get a follow-up appt with her, but she will fit me in when necessary.I feel very privileged to have her for my primary physician.
