Dr Dungy was super nice, courteous and was never in a hurry. He always answered my questions!! Post surgery has gone well and after seven weeks able to walk without my cane!!!! Erin PA and Mellisa were always very helpful and supportive!!!!! Awesome team, many thanks on a job superbly done!!!

My wife had a knee replacement and she is doing so well. Her pain is minimal and she is recovering so well. His staff is Professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Erin Miller PA-C is Professional and knowledgeable and caring, she makes my wife and I feel special and she is always so nice. Dr Dungy staff from top to bottom are always professional and caring and supportive.

I am a healthcare provider and used to care for Dr. Dungy's patients after surgery. They all RAVED about him, and I agree! My husband had 3 knee surgeries with him and I just had my hip replaced. I would give him 10 stars if I could! His office coordinated everything, aet me up for success with excellent preop and postop info, then had a perfect Home Health physical therapist! I cannot say enough about the care and professionalism shown to me with every interaction!

I first selected Denton based on his medical training. His first treatment was to clean arthritis out of my knees. I periodically came back for follow-up monitoring of my knees. Now 15yrs later he has performed the first of two Total Knee Replacement. His pre-surgery guidance was surprising. I had not seen that much informative presentation. Follow-up from Dr. DUNGY IS REMARKABLE. By comparison I had a more serious back operation from another Physician I had seen for 12 yrs. After the major 10 Surgerical Procedure I only saw him I once. Dr. DUNGY 's follow-up is on the mark for monitoring and guiding me through my recovery, and leading into Physical Therapy and through healing by scheduling follow-up visits with HIM. I am Thankful I Found Denton Dungy and stayed with him for all these years.

Dr Dungy and his staff were quick to respond when I wasn’t sure all was well. They saw me twice besides my 2 & 6 week appointments. I mostly needed reassurance because the hip with the batter for my Spinal Cord Stimulator didn’t like all the swelling.

Dr. Dungy is phenomenal. The surgery was flawless and the results so much better than expected. His office staff and medical assistants are professional, courteous and very friently.

Absolutely, Dr Dungy did my two knees roughly 4 months apart. His staff was always giving me information regarding the knees and if I needed the Doctor he would call back asap. I’ve already told my football teammates about him as the best Orthopedic Surgeon and already had another player get his knee done by Dr Dungy.

Dr Dungy is one of the best doctors I have. I have gone to him for many conditions plus he has done both of my knee replacements. He was very concerned with my care and recovery by following through. He was quick to respond with questions and concerns at all times, even on his own time. I would highly recommend him. Plus, he has a great staff to help him in his practice.

As always I good medical visits with Dr. Dungy & staff. They are friendly & take proper care of you. Having a knee replacement was scary, but everyone helped to put me at ease. Dr. Dungy also helps by having the up to date information at your access so you are well informed & you can ask questions. I highly recommend Dr. Dungy & his staff.

Dr. Dungy is the BEST EVER Asurgeon for shoulder or knee surgery. I had a turn rotor cuff almost 2 yesrs ago and I feel 100 % better after my surgery. I just had a knee replacement Sept.7, 2021 for my right knee after a car accident and I am totally pleased with the outcome. I recommend him and his staff for ANYONE needing help with these areas. He is very sweet and a great personality and bedside manner. I would give him a 10 star rating if I were able but since 5 stsrs is highest that what I give to him and his staff.

I had a knee replacement done by Dr. Dungy and am happy and grateful I chose not only the Dr. but also his staff. They were very helpful with any of my questions as was Dr. Dungy. He took time with me on my first visit and made me feel not only ready to have my surgery but looking forward to placing my care into his hands.

I needed a total hip replacement and chose Dr. Dungy for my doctor; I am happy I did! When I met Dr. Dungy right away, I was comfortable. He is an excellent surgeon/doctor, very pleasant. At my appointment, he explained what was going on with my hip with my X-rays on the screen. He talked to me without rushing, gave me options other than surgery, and then let me decide how I wanted to move forward. Although I knew it was best to have my hip replaced from our conversation, I was never under any pressure. Dr. Dungy’s staff was friendly and provided me with literature explaining what I needed to know before and after my surgery. I also received information on what I needed to do as my surgery date approached. Dr. Dungy and his entire staff made me feel like a valued patient. I’ve been walking since the day of my surgery; Thank you, Dr. Dungy and your staff for such a positive experience.

My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Dungy. I arrived 1/2 an hour early for my first appointment. I was refused my appointment by the manager because they do not take checks for co payment ($70.00). I was told that I should have asked prior to my appointment about payment options. I explained to the manager that I had $65.00 and change on me. She refused to bill me the $4.00 and change so I could keep my appointment with the doctor. It appeared to me that the manager was not concerned about the patient care but just the money.

Completely useless. Made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and these miserable idiots canceled my appointment 2 days prior. So now I have to limp around for several more months with a damaged knee while trying get an appointment with a capable dr. which is near impossible these days. God forbid they call and cancel your appointment BEFORE you wait six weeks to get in. Absolutely pathetic and totally unprofessional. Patients are merely dollar signs, not people, apparently

I had total hip replacement done by Dr Dungy. Dr. Dungy and his entire staff were so kind and helpful during the entire process. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and respectfully. The recovery was beyond my expectations and I am pain free!

Dr. Dungy is such a great Dr., surgeon and so easy to talk to. He did both my knee replacements. And I feel like I am getting my life back. I knew immediately when I walked in his office for the first time that he was going to be the one to do my surgeries. He is the best there is. His staff is great, and it’s no doubt that they love their jobs and who they are there for. I am doing great. Still have some healing to do. Finished my physical therapy on the second knee a week ago. I’m from Ohio, so I came here to get my surgery done. My daughter was the one that found him from a family member that works as a physical therapist in Phoenix. So I’m so happy to have been able to have him do both my surgeries. I had a appointment with Dr Dungy yesterday. I was so impressed with him how delightful he was. Very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I really liked that he sat down and looked at me and said “talk to me”and he actually seemed like he was interested. He was so up front on what’s going on with my X-rays on my knee. Explained everything and gave me options instead of ready to do surgery. I liked that. So if you are looking for a excellent doctor Dr. Danton Dungy is your man. All the staff were really nice too??

Dr Dungy is a compassionate and caring doctor who excels in his field. My husband had 2 knee replacements done by him and had a great experience. I had shoulder repair and recently a knee replacement and he did a great job. I would recommend him highly for anyone needing knee, shoulder or hip surgery. I worked for him 12 years ago and seen how caring he was to all his patients. I never heard a complaint and he always has an excellent staff working with him.

Aug 24, 2020 Dr Dungy replaced my right hip. I’m so happy with the results! Dr Dungy did a great job. He’s kind and generous with a good heart and really cares about his patients. No matter how many questions I have he is very patient and answers them all. All of his staff members have been very friendly and professional. He has a great team. I really recommend my family members and friends or anyone needing hip or knee replacement to see Dr Dungy. He’s a great surgeon!

Had my full knee replacement revision one week ago. The quality of his work is exceptional! I have had three prior surgeries on this knee with other doctors and under his care, I have felt the world of a difference. From his compassion, to his moon suits in the o.r. to ensure that there is no risk of infection for his patient. I am very pleased with Dr. Dungy and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I was recommended to have my hip replacement surgery with Dr. Dungy by three medical professionals and three patients. This was the best medical decision I've made in my life. In addition to Dr. Dungy's exceptional surgical skill, his warmth, compassion, and genuine caring for his patients are qualities rarely seen in rushed physicians. He really listens and SEES you when you speak. My physical therapist, in 40 years of practice, had never seen such a tiny scar. I highly recommend Dr. Dungy.

Great at first; then after 6 months had problem with swelling in my new knee ; was told to live with it; dr gave me a name for a 2nd opinion; that was a waist, a year an a half later got a 3rd opinion and now having knee replaced AGAIN

Received my first knee replacement five years ago courtesy of Dr. Dingy and the results were fantastic. Based on that outcome, I went back three weeks ago for my second knee replacement. Walked 1.5 miles yesterday and physical therapy is going well. Dr. Dingy is easy to talk with and very professional. I cannot recommend this doc enough.

Dr. Dungy, Tina and Travis have assembled the dream for joint replacement. I had a partial knee replacement and after 6 weeks it's already way better than my other regular knee.

Dr. Dungy has done two knee replacements for me; left and right, and I wouldn't trust anyone else; he is fantastic!!

I just had my second hip replaced by Dr Dungy. He is a five out of five star surgeon. The hospital staff told me they love working with his patients because of the great outcomes. He works directly with hospital staff from nurses to PT staff. He answers every question. When he isn’t available his PA Horton is highly responsive. He gets an unqualified recommendation from me. He treats spouses with as much respect as his patients. The entire Dungy Team is second to none. If you want the best, Dr Dungy is your surgeon!

Excellent experience with Dr Dungy and his office. I was being evaluated for hip replacement surgery. Gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision to have surgery. Because he had a surgical backlog that would put my surgery and recovery into summer, I chose not to have my surgery in Arizona in the summer. I was given copies of my summary and of my xrays on a disc to take to North Carolina with me. He also was kind enough to recommend a surgeon in North Carolina. Thank you.

I have recommended 4 people to Dr Dungy and know of 2 that had knee replacements and were extremely happy with his professionalism, staff and their treatment. I too have had a knee replacement after dealing with knee pain for 10 years and dealing with 2 other Orthopedic Surgery that weren't unhelpful. Dr. Dungy understood what I wanted and helped me, I am grateful for this and will continue to recommend him.

Felt very comfortable with Dr. Dungy, his nurse and assistant. Not so much with receptionist, felt she would rather be someplace else . Also didn't realize that having an appointment meant you wouldn't be seen for 2 hours for a 10 minute visit. He was informative and has a great attitude.

Dr. Dungy is both extremely personable and competent. An OR nurse recommended him after learning that I was not having optimal results elsewhere. My Knee replacement was scheduled promptly and even the check in, pre-op, recovery room, and hospital room staff touted about his competence and how he was their favorite surgeon. After a subsequent injury on the knee, he was able to fix what seemed to be impossible. I'm walking well without pain or drugs, 2 weeks later. I tell every one about Dungy!

Absolutely first rate! I cannot imagine receiving better care than Ireceived from the Dungy Center.

Don't bother unless you want it to take a couple months to find out they can't help you after all. Slow and less than upfront.

Dr. Dungy put me at ease and answered all of my questions. He made the procedure as easy as possible. I was up walking without walker after two weeks. Very happy.

Dr. Dungy has done replacement surgery on both of my knees. His expertise in this procedure was is amazing. His staff to include Nicole and Renee are most professional and knowledgible. Dr. Dungy performed a Birmingham hip resurface procedure Jan 11th 2008 around noon. He had me standing mid after noon and walked me to the end of the hallway by 4:00 PM. I was released Jan. 12th on crutches. Jan. 13th I was getting around with a walker. Jan 15th I drove to the pharmacy and picked up my prescription, By Jan 16th I was using a cane. By Feb 1st I was walking un-aided. It's April 27, 2017. Still no pain. My daily activities are undeterred and normal. Great Surgeon, Great procedure.
