I agree with many of the patients concerns, as I have had major issues trying to get a appoint with Dr. Nguyen. I experienced a situation where I needed him to back me up that caused me a lot of grief and he never called or tryed to help me. He started off being nice but patients want action. Not sure what is happening with this doctor. As a regular patient I have to wait months to schedule a appointment with him. I hope he gets it together. Very poor service!

They don't really care about new patients, they give many excuses to set up an appointment.

He’s an amazing doctor his staff is wonderful when I first walked in and I was so scared but his staff and himself made me feel so comfortable there I would recommend him to anybody thank you for your kind words and your hospitality

The staff and especially the doctor are kind and very attentive. They make you feel like your very important. Services lost in other offices. I enjoy going here.

Doctor Huynh is very concerned about his patients takes time to listens and gets to the bottom of it. Just had surgery and if your looking for a great doctor he’s the one. Been my doctor for 3 years the best in town.

How badly I wish I could have left a positive recommendation. Staff is very good at intercepting messages being left for Doctor. I begged, pleaded and even drove over an hour to get a message that something was wrong after my surgery (which doctor asked for me to wait over 8hrs in the hospital lobby for). I was finally advised “doctor will only speak with you at an appointment. Sorry, your appointment is in 9weeks. We are just very busy. Please go to ER if you feel you need to be seen”. I did thankfully. I had a blood clot. I’ll never forgive him and his staff for not taking care of me.

4 different doctors thought I had cyst on my kidney. 1 visit with Dr. Huynh, he said it was not. Turns out my urter tube was swollen. Had a kidney stent in within 2 weeks. Now we will discuss if my urter tube will need to be cut and reattached. He is very smart and know what he is talking about. He explains very well exactly what he thinks, and how he will do what he needs to do. He is excellent with answereing all your questions. About the only doctor that seems to really car for his patients.

Dr. Huynh is a very knowledgeable helpful doctor. After a diagnosis of prostate cancer and being advised to have my prostate removed by a previous urologist, I saw Dr. Huynh for a second opinion. His recommendation was that I receive radiation treatment. I am now cancer-free and feel confident with him as my urologist and would recommend him to all family and friends.

Professional and thorough. Listens well, answers concerns and explains pros and cons of options available. Definitely considerate of the patient POV. Very helpful and responsive support staff.

Dr. Huynh did a surgery on me and explained everything he was going to do and all the possible side effects. I had no pain after the procedure which was wonderful. On my follow up visits he again explained the benefits of having it done and what all he did to help the problem not to come back. He also went into detail about my other problem and all the benefits of having more test to check it out. I would recommend him to everyone.

Professional, caring, willing to sit and discuss prognosis/diagnosis. Excellent staff service
