I first contacted Dr. Anguilar about 15 years ago when suffering from plantar fasciitis. No thanks for the cortisone injection in my heal but the plastic shoe inserts you prescribed were the best available option. I live on my feet at 71 years of age and I really appreciated your prescription which you said would always be the same regardless of my flat feet. It worked, thank you for that and the 2-3 year refurbishments you offered me. Today, I arranged my time around your twice monthly visits to the Hickey Clinic in Morrilton and was told by your receptionist, after consulting with you, that since I had not been reevaluated by you since 2010, I could no longer have my inserts refurbished nor could I be seen by you today. Thanks a lot for changing your policy to maximize your profits while no longer offering the service I needed. I'll go to where ever needed to avoid patronizing you again.
