Everything was done very orderly kindly and with efficiency. Including a few minor snags that needed to be dealt with appreciated Dr Beck's phone call after my surgery and his obvious talent and skills and thank he and all his staff for fixing me up isn't ever fun, but it was great there.

Dr. Back is a very nice doctor. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He operated on my right rotator cuff 5 years ago, and I will probably need my left one done as well. Great Doc, I am a severely wounded Combat Vet. He has kept me going since they opened 12 plus years ago.

Went in with shoulder pain, he was attentive, listened and is currently working with me for a MRI and will help me figure out the best choices for me to feel 100% again. Can't ask for anything more.

Very good experience during my visit. Dr. Byck explained and diagnosed my injury in a professional manner. He then described the procedure he would follow to repair my torn ligament.

Great doctor, great staff!

Dr. Byck performed more than one surgery on my shoulder. The last, a reverse artificial was done and I had only minor pain and I have almost total range of motion! Very pleased so far. It’s 8 weeks since surgery.

Dr Byck and team are wonderful... Very knowledgeable, professional, and a great calm presence. Nice facility too. Will definitely be finishing treatment, have him attend to any further issues; and will refer everyone, including family. In fact, was referred to Dann by my brother.

I destroyed my shoulder in a dirt biking crash. Dr. Byck said that he only sees a handful of cases each year that were as bad as mine. I didn't believe that I would ever have full functionality of my shoulder again. He performed surgery, which went even better than he had hoped. Now, over a year later, I have made an incredible recovery. I truly believe that my recovery is due to his masterful surgery skills. He is also very caring and has a great bedside manner. where I was told that my shoulder could not be fixed Dr. back checked it out and said it could so we have surgery scheduled for October.

Excellent doctor and staff.

Dann was incredibly responsive and took the time to explain the issue with my elbow.

I like the way he explains the procedures. And very nice he doesn't rush through.

Dr. Byck diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained the treatment options. Definitely recommended for orthopaedic injuries!

It’s been almost 4-weeks since my rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Byck, assistants, and his staff are absolutely wonderful. The surgery was virtually painless and recovery, although awkward at times also has been pretty much pain free. So many people I’ve talked to that have had arthroscopy on their shoulders from various clinics, have asked how I’ve managed the pain and are amazed at the range of motion I have already. I would recommend Dr. Byck to anyone (and already have). Im excited to begin my physical therapy and get back to my usual routine. Dr.Byck did a great job on my rotator cuff repair. I worked with the Utah Orthopedic physical therapists who also did a great job in helping me through my recovery. Remember, the surgeon can do a great job but it's up to us as the patient to work on the recovery!!

Based on my previous shoulder operation Dr.Byck preformed on me, I would and have recommended Dr.Byck to anyone needing his services.

Dr. Byck is always the best. He is very good at explaining his diagnosis and the treatment. And he’s really good at cortisone shots in the shoulder, I barley felt them.

Dr. Byck and team were awesome! I had a pec tear and didn’t immediately get it fixed. He was able to get it fixed and now I’m back to exercising and being able to lift objects without any chest pain.

Dr. Byck was extremely knowledgeable when completing my shoulder surgeries. He gave me multiple options for care before hand and he made therapy during recovery easy.

I loved the results of repair on my rotator cuff. I refered my brother-in law to Dr. Byck for the his rotator cuff and he had an excellent result also. I am now referring my cousin to get her rotator cuff repaired. This office and the physical therapist were always friendly .

I had Dr Byck and his team rework both of my shoulders end to end only 3 months apart. Rotator cuff tears, labrium tears, acromion spurs and acromion/clavical bone spurs in both shoulders The entire team from end to end was exceptional. My outcome was everything I could have hoped. I went from not being able to take off a t-shirt by myself and constant pain to full mobility and a complete return to everything I enjoy doing with both arms. Pain free!! The team was professional, caring, knowledgeable, and truly concerned with me and making sure of a positive outcome. I work in an environment where many employees injure themselves and need orthopedic surgery. Many of them have had that surgery done by Dann Byck and I have not heard 1 bad comment only good experiences. I also have many friends in the ski industry both work and recreational sides of it with many people over the years that needed surgery and came to Dann Byck. Again not 1 bad experience have I heard. Dr. Byck is a wonderful doctor. I first saw him this last week, and I was pleasantly surprised. He was very professional and extremely concerned with my understanding and participation in my care plan. After looking at my MRI he turned to me and said he does not treat MRI’s he treats me. He used an iPad to show me the anatomy of my injury, where it was abnormal and what he would do to fix it. He drew pictures, made labels for things, and explained everything in medical terms and layman’s terms to make sure we were on the same page. He’s not the kind of doctor to crack jokes with, but I feel very comfortable and confident being in his care. I am confident he will be an even better surgeon. Dr. Byck treated both of my rptator cuffs. The surgeries went very well, with no complications. The pre and post treatment was excellent. I especially enjoyed having the physical therapy facility located in the same building. The therapy went very well.

Well what can I say? Dr Byck let me know what was wrong and then gave me choices of what I needed to have done... I got my surgery date fast and am please so far with the results...

Dr. Byck has done 2 surgery’s for me one was my ACL 10 years ago, and recently he has repaired my shoulder. Both operations went great. He is very easy to work with and I fully trust everything he tells me. He is very good at what he does, my ACL has been awesome, I anticipate my shoulder will be awesome soon.

About a year ago, my knee was in quite a bit of pain. I'd heard of Dr. Byck's reputation as one of the best orthopedic surgeons, so I went to see him. He spent quite a while hearing me out, and explaining my options for surgery. I was able to get surgery scheduled within a week and a half. Very Professional,very knowledgeable. Dr Byck has performed 2 rotator cuff surgery's on me. Done a fine job. The only problem is it has been quite a long time ago and I am getting arthritis in my shoulders. But he does a bang up job on the surgery.
