My hip replacement went very well and I played 18 holes of golf 3 months after the surgery. Dr Wagner and the entire staff were great

Upon entering the office, tight covid safety protocols were readily apparent. Waited less than 5 minutes to be escorted to exam room. within just a couple of minutes met with PA for initial exam. Dr. Wagner entered just minutes later and took his time to visit with me. Never felt like he was pushing to be elsewhere, rather he was interested in hearing me out and then took his time answering my questions. I was in a rehab center in a wheelchair and dropped off very early for my appointment. The staff was very helpful to explain to Dr. Wagner and he saw me right away. He was very thorough in accessing my condition and wrote orders for the only type physical therapy that I should have. Dr. Wagner and his staff were outstanding! I have been putting my knee replacement off for several years but the time finally arrived for me to get it done and I couldn't have picked a better place or a better doctor. Dr. Wagner and his entire staff have been phenomenal. I have had both knees replaced between February and June this year and everything has gone without any complications. The staff is extremely responsive. Both overnight hospitalizations went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr. Wagner and his team.

I been in pain for the last 40+ years with both knees. I could not locate a doctor in several states I have lived in. My knees continued to deteriorate to the point of I had to use my wheelchair at home and family members would bring meals to me. My daughter lived in Texas and I was living in Georgia. She suggested that I come to Texas as she put it to good doctors. I was refused by other doctors because of my severe allergic reactions to all metals. When my daughter saw an ad for Texas Hip and Knee Center, she told me to make an appointment. When I called I was given an appointment with Dr. Wagner. I told him about being allergic to metals. He told me no problem. They had other patients like me. Dr. Wagner saved me from years of knees pain. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Wagner. I been in pain for the last 40+ years with both knees. I Tell EVERYONE I meet who needs hip replacement surgery I couldn't have had a better experience than w/ Dr. Wagner And his Support Team at Texas Hip & Knee. I could barely walk, was in danger of losing my leg, Terrified, & even w/patches & pain pills, Still in Hideous Pain. He was Confident, Not Arrogant, Honest, Patient & Very Caring. I left feeling I had been given Every opportunity to Ask Anything & Needed to know when we set the surgical date. The morning of my surgery I felt I Could Trust him to do His Very Best for me and he graciously reassured me. He even surpassed my hopes. I Honestly can't begin to tell you what he did for me. Additionally his work is so precise that after 1 year the aprox 5" scar was disappearing. In Dec.2020, it will be 3 yrs. & it's almost invisiible & can barely be felt. Due to other factors it Will be Dr. Wagner I seek when time to replace the other hip. I want No One Else. He's TrustWorthy & He Rocks! None Better!

A lot of waiting. Visit with Dr. Wagoner was excellent.

Initial patient visit was very personable, organized and timely! Everyone in the office including Dr. Wagner was very professional and friendly. I am currently dealing with what is hopefully a miscommunication with the billing department. I had already paid all of my deductible and copay, last week, and today got a letter stating that I have to pay $2,600 more or my surgery would not be performed! Last I checked, in network providers cannot bill the patient for more than what BCBSTX allows. Lets hope this gets straightened out. Doctor Wagner and his staff were very informative and friendly in approach. They answered all of my questions fully in easy to understand English. Everyone I dealt with on my visit were very personable, and easy to talk to.

Dr. Wagner is the best and most compassionate doctor around. He has fixed my internal prosthetic and now has repaired a shattered patella due to a nasty fall I had! For hips and knees, he’s the very best!!! Love his PA Calli and his nurse Jessica, too!! Greatest care ever!!!!!

I could not walk for 5 years. After several visits with different surgeons. I found Dr Wagner, by the Grace of God. He replaced both of my hips. I am now walking and no pain. I am so thankful that Dr Wagner was my surgeon, his team was amazing too. I also want to mention about the A+ hospital and staff. I will always be grateful for this incredible staff. I now have a quality of life. I can walk, I can get a job, I can play with my grand kids, and dance again, what a blessing. Thank Y’all I could not walk for 5 years.
