Super nice kind and gentle caring Doctor. My child's welfare is his priority and helping the parents as well as a child understand the needs of the child and the understanding of what the child is going through and how to deal with it. He super professional and worth the visit if your child has needs.

He listens intently & helps with what you've told him. So be truthful

Dr Swartz is a great Doctor. He quietly listens to You. If something concerns you then it concerns him. He's not pushy he works with you in a mild relaxing way. He's not just there for children or teenagers he also has adult patients.He's soft spoken but will repeat what he said until you understand . Took my daughter to Dr Swartz for anxiety disorder during High School. She was in desperate need of help but she did not want to see him because he minimized her problems and humiliated her during office visits. DO NOT TAKE A FEMALE MINOR SUFFERING FROM ANXIETY TO THIS MAN !!!!

Dr Swartz came highly recommended. We were warned that it would be difficult to get appt- and it would depend on who answered phone. We found this to be true. Had we not spent all summer trying to get an appt, we would have cancelled after walking into office that smelled like smoke. I thought a heavy smoker must be in waiting room, but once the receptionist opened the privacy window, I started coughing from the smell of smoke. Obviously, someone smokes in there and perhaps believes the smell is limited to the office. Had I known, I would’ve gone with another Dr. I had no prob with Dr Swartz, but I do wonder at such an unprofessional staff.

Absolutely terrible customer service by their receptionist on both trips we went here. My fiancé left so upset both times we went. The second time we arrived at 1:40 for our 2:00 appointment we waited all the way til 2:30 for Dr. Schwartz to come out and take back another client. So then I went and asked the receptionist what time our appt was and she said it was at 2:00 and he was running late. And we said okay we’ll what time will it be now? and she said thirty minutes so we left to go get coffee and came back in TWENTY minutes and when we came back in she came out and told us that because we left and she was unsure if we were coming back she went ahead and gave his appointment to another guest.... After an hour and a half of waiting with no explanation or apology of being so late. Are you kidding me???! Do not trust them with your illness cause I can assure you they could care less! I've always had great results with Dr. Swartz over the last 8 months. We changed my medication earlier this year and that lead to some pretty terrible side effects. We were successfully able to to work through changing back to another medication to get me back to a good place in my daily life. Thoroughly enjoy my appointments with Dr. Swartz as he is very relaxed and professional and listens to my concerns and offers idea and solutions to help me be a better person. The office staff at this location are great too. Dr. Swartz does sometimes run a few minutes behind on appointments but due the nature of his practice and the patient's conditions I know I would rather him take the appropriate amount of time for the client and not rush through any appointment to stay on schedule.
