With each visit to Dr Suh the x-rays are always explained in detail and my questions give answers to clarity and the willingness to search further to unanswered situations as well as a great office staff

I loved Dr. Suh. He is very patient and explains everything, in detail, so you can understand what is going on with your body.

I am now seeing Dr. Suh for a second unrelated issue and I am very pleased with the level of care I am receiving. He is very factual, listens to his patients, and answers all questions thoroughly in lay terms. He is vey patient, and obviously has a high skill set in matters of surgery. He is my neurosurgeon of choice in the Savannah area. I highly recommend him.

Very personable. Listened and answered questions quickly. And showed caring spirit. I highly recommend Dr Shu.

Waited 2+ hrs for an 11 min consult that only lasted that long due to my insistence on a few questions being answered. I was getting pushed out the door as soon as the doctor walked in. In the end he told me to see another doctor without a referral or recommendation. I cannot underrecommend this doctor/office enough. Save your money and more importantly your by giving them a wide berth.

Have heard nothing but good about Dr Suh and now experienced it He is magnificent

He listened and heard what I was explaining about my symptoms. It does help that I did some research on my symptoms prior to my visit so that I could better explain things in a more comprehensive way. Would highly recommend him.

Dr Shu was attentive to my concerns during my visit. He had reviewed my hospital records prior to the visit and was prepared to discuss interventions.

Met with Dr. Suh personally today and was very happy that he came in to consult with me, especially since he’s familiar with my condition. He took the time to explain my test results and address any questions I had. Don’t usually get that type of service any more. Dr. Suh has always been thorough and upfront with me regarding my situation and options for possible recovery. He explains each option and informs me of the pluses and minuses of each one. I am very appreciative of his professional experience and care.

He was very patient and informative!

I found the staff to be very kind and friendly. Enjoyed talking to Dr. Suh he explained everything in a manner that I could understand. He was very attentive to the questions I'd ask him. Would highly recommend him.

Dr Suh was one of the most professional, thorough doctors I have visited. His ability,( and willingness), to discuss my concerns and options is very refreshing. He took all the time needed to answer my questions and did so in a caring manner.

The waiting room was neat and spacious. The staff were all pleasant. The wait time wasn’t too long. Dr. Suh was kind and helpful. Someone forgot to give me my referral prescription to physical therapy. But overall, I was very pleased.

Dr. Suh and his staff have been great.

Dr. Suh’s staff are all top notch. From the receptionist when you enter, to the nurses and Dr Suh himself. They are always so kind and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I am 77 years old & had no accident so I was amazed to find I has a fractured disk. I was sent to Dr. Suh. He looked at the MRI & knew it was arthritis causing the problem. He gave me a no surgery help & by golly it is helping. THANK YOU DR. SUH. God bless you & your team. Rosemary Miles

Doctor Suh was precise and extremely knowledgeable and gave me options. After 3 previous doctors telling me I was severely hurt, their boss said I had almost nothing wrong with me and pretty much wrote me off. Doctor Suh got my MRIs and confirmed that the damage was what the first doctors said. After the “Boss” I felt belittled and betrayed. Doctor Suh helped confirm that I was being just that by that doctor. I am glad I found a Doctor like Doctor Suh that knows what he is talking about and can be trusted. Staff is very fast and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. Dr Sue has been great so far. Haven’t had my surgery yet, but I’ve heard nothing but good things.

Terribly incompetent office Phone calls are never answered. You have to leave msg which usually is not answered or if it is it is a week later. I had reaction to meds, called left msg, never returned my call. Excellent surgeon but hires incompetent office. I have repeatedly complained but no change in three years! I am finally trying to find another spine doctor .. three operations from Dr Suh which went very well but can not even get a phone call returned!

Dr Suh did a brain surgery tumor resection on my uncle. He was an exceptional surgeon who checked in on my uncle repeatedly after surgery. We were very pleased with his excellent care of my uncle.

Offered a surgical remedy for a 50+ year old complex problem that many previous doctors had not. LISTENS, compassionate, thorough, skilled and insightful. PA is also quite wonderful. Am 3 weeks post op and happy. Pain free for first time in ? years. So Grateful! ????

I have been seeing Dr. Suh for over 8 years. I have had 2 successful cervical fusions done by him. What I like about Dr. Suh is that he is not quick to do surgery unless it is absolutely necessary. Dr. Suh listens, answers questions and explains everything that you fully understand. I highly recommend Dr. Suh.

My visit was on the 21st of August 2020. I waited over two hours for the Dr. to come in and see me although there was only one other person waiting to be seen! I asked him about that and he said that his computer was running slow!

Self referred to Dr Baker with back pain and previously diagnosed degeneration of the lumbar spine. Long lasting problems of >50 year duration. Dr Baker carefully studied the problem, LISTENED, and compassionately referred me to his associate Dr. Suh. Dr. Suh was patient, compassionate and took the time to LISTEN and address all preop concerns. This is not the first neurosurgeon I’ve seen, but he is by far the most credible, understanding and offered me a reasonable solution. Dr Suh and team performed my surgery and am two weeks postop and thrilled to be on my way to recovery and thrilled have less discomfort than I have ever had in recent memory. I’m close to pain-free. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Baker or Dr. Suh! I recommend them without reservation.

His nurse/scheduler is either totally incompetent or they are grossly understaffed. Phone calls are never returned in a timely manner. It takes 4 to 6 days IF they are returned at all. I usually have to call back 2 or 3 times before I'm able to reach someone. It has not changed in 3 years. I like Dr Suh but am considering changing doctors.

He is your worst enemy if the procedure he performs goes badly.

I had emergency surgery with Dr. Suh. Due to his urgency and care. I am able to walk.

Even though Dr. Suh did not operate on me, he agreed to do the follow up visits. he was patient and understanding and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to use him if I need subsequent surgery.

Waiting room is terrible. Staff is not very friendly. The PA did not even treat my problem . Will not be back to him

Dr. Suh and his PA John are absolutely wonderful! Excellent bedside manner, so nice, and very informative. From my first appointment to now 9 days post op they have taken such good care of me. I will always turn to him for any neuro surgery I may need in the future.

Absolutely amazing. Traumatic broken back-repaired and doing well. Family was kept up to date during entire surgery and following the procedure had everything explained to the last detail. Great surgeon!!

Very polite and informative but typically unavailable and definitely not in a rush to schedule patients. Dr. Suh and his PA are very good at what they do, but tend to take a very long time to form an accurate diagnosis, which in turn means patients will be in pain for a considerable time. The office on Jackson boulevard is very outdated. patient comfort is not a concern, as the chairs are threadbare and skeletal, certain to raise the pain level of patients while they wait.

Dr. Suh is an amazing doctor and surgeon. Too bad I can't say this for his staff. We were chased to our car and asked to hurry because the girl employee needed to leave, all while saying "no, we don't have a wheelchair". We were left in a room waiting for the doctor for an hour, when I went out and asked when he would be coming in they said "oh, hes at the hospital". Getting follow up paperwork to where it needs to be is impossible unless you follow up at least twice. It truly is unbelievable

Drove 90miles to see him; he's good but no follow up. Told me I could get necessary procedures performed locally. Never heard from anybody locally. Repeated phone calls to Dr Suh's Office also no response.
