Typically when I have an appointment I would give Colorado ENT and Dr. Davis 5 stars. The office is always clean, very minimal wait time, friendly and courteous staff as well as addressing my concerns and answering questions thoroughly. The only reason I have a 4 on this particular visit is because my latest results came back indicating the possibility of yet another surgery. While no fault on thier behalf, I have more tests to complete before the final determination is made. Regardless, I walked out of this visit with the feeling of dread that I will likely have another surgery but only after I complete these tests. I'm the kind of person when I hear I may need surgery, I just want to hurry up and get it done. I've had over 20+ surgeries neck up so I know where this is headed. Dr. Smith is a very caring and wonderful doctor. I trust him completely and feel he is very knowledgeable. I place my trust in him to the highest degree

Doctor Smith truly wants to help. He is thorough in explaining all the options for you. He is kind, caring and thoughtful. Answers any questions you might have and listens to your concerns.

Dr. Smith helped me through allergies, an ear infection and most recently a deviated septum surgery. He always takes time to educate, give options, listen to my concerns, and give a game plan for what to do next. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Smith explained options of care and investigation of my symptoms. He walked through the first stage of care then what the followup stages would be if the first one didn't have results. Everything was quick, efficient and thorough.

Today I was referred to Dr. Smith by my GP for an urgent visit . I was very nervous and in a bit of pain but Dr. Smith was so relaxed that I immediately felt so much better . It took him all of 3 minutes to solve my issues. I felt so relieved and his demeanor is very calming. Thanks a bunch, Dr. Smith! Highly recommend

I was referred to Dr. Smith by my GP due to my chronic sinusitis and allergy issues. I was getting allergy shots, but it wasn't enough. The slightest infection would make my breathing very difficult. My GP picked the right guy! Dr. Smith ordered some MRI and CT scans. He then explained to me that not only did I have a deviated septum, but that one of my nasal filters was enlarged. He recommended that I have them both corrected surgically. I'l admit - I was nervous. But I finally decided to take his advice and just do it. One of the best health decisions that I've ever made! Dr. Smith did a fantastic job. I *actually* noticed a difference in the recovery room immediately after surgery! It's like night and day! I never realized just how restricted my breathing was. I went to see Dr Smith for a severe saliva and sinus problem. Dr. Smith was the first doctor to show more than a casual look at a swollen gland in my neck. A non invasive biopsy was ordered by Dr Smith on the lymph nodes underneath the gland. It was determined that a Lymphoma cancer was present. I am very grateful for his contribution to the discovery of my illness, which is treatable.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith for several years and for a variety of issues. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and engaging. It’s reassuring to me that he lays out a “roadmap” to explain the problem and the variety of treatment options available. He takes his time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain processes and treatments. I feel that my appointments with him are time well spent. It’s clear to me that Dr. Smith cares about his patients. For me, his treatments and recommendations have been spot on and have improved my health and quality of life.

In my opinion, this practice is more focused on selling hearing aids than treating the problem that I needed to be seen for. I won't return.

Dr. Smith took excellent care of our son for his tonsillectomy. Very thorough, attentive and caring. Did not rush into surgery but helped make the best decision at the best times. Highly recommended for his professionalism, personality, and clinical skills.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful ENT guy. I went to see him for my allergy/sinus issues. He discovered that not only did I have a deviated septum, but also one of my 'nasal filters' was oversized. He encouraged me to let him fix it surgically. I consider this one of my smarter decisions in life. He did a wonderful job. I actually noticed in the surgery recovery room that my breathing was easier! Instant difference! I'm talking like night and day. The man knows his stuff. He's skilled, caring and knowledgeable. I could not be happier.

My experience was good. But I still have my problem--nosebleeds now about every other morning. This is mess and a nuisance... Peace.

Cancer check and allergies

Have loved him for years!!!!! He listened and helped us figure out that my 15 month had obstructive sleep apnea rather than needing tubes. Removed tonsil and adenoids, and it was rough. But such a difference.

I recently had a surgery with Dr. Smith and overall it was a good experience (from what I remember). Before the surgery was scheduled, I did find he kind of rushed through my appt. a little bit, but I still was given all of the information and explanation I needed. The day of the surgery, he came back and talked to me and my mom. He also called me the day after the procedure to check on me.

Dr Smith is an excellent choice for anyone experiencing ear nose and throat issues. He is extremely caring.

My initial appointment was to address the need for a Tonsillectomy. Dr. Smith answered all of my questions, and even evaluated me for a recent onset of vertigo that I've been experiencing. He did not hesitate to order additional testing for my separate ENT issues. All the staff from the front office to the back office are professional and kind.

I waited about an hour in the waiting room until called. That’s excessive. But actual contact with Dr. Smith went well and he was considerate and addressed my concerns.

Fabulous experience! He partnered with Dr. Galloway on preforming thyroid removal due to cancer. Wonderful job and took the time to explain what they did during surgery! Love this guy!

Dr. Daniel K. Smith accepted the call to perform my emergency surgery in the early morning hours of August 23rd, 2017. I am forever grateful for his excellent expertise in doing a most fantastic job! My doctors back home are in awe of his recent work.

Horrible doctor, passes the buck every chance he has instead of helping his patients. Stay away! Out of 4 ENTs i have seen, he by far is the worst.
