He is friendly, funny, informative, knowledgeable. He made the process seems less scary and also provided us very thorough explanation on the whole process. So we can know what we should expect and manage our expectations.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, patient doctor. He didn't order unnecessary tests. He spent a lot of time with us during online sessions. His team members respond quickly to messages. We had great experience and recommend to everybody.

Terrible doctor and staff. Nurses were not communicative. Doctor was very arrogant and uncaring. Go elsewhere

So far, Dr. Shipiro has been so patient while spending a lot of time with us! He has listened and given great professional and personal advice. He has held our hands and given us the courage and hope we needed to move forward after two late term pregnancy losses.

after a bad experience with another re in atl i started with rba with not much hope. my experience here has been the best. every single person in dr shapiro's team is exceptional in their area of work. dr shapiro is the best in his field from my experience. if i could award the best coordinator award i would give it to cunina. kelly is the best ambulatory care nurse. cassandra is very patient, timely and just perfect. every single lab personnel are calm and timely. it was devastating when i had a miscarriage after a ivf cycle, but the ultyrasound technician was veru compassionate. the entire team came to console me and i even recived a compassion card hand written mailed to me. thanks my team for everything!

Doctor Shapiro, Kelly and Melinda have made this hard process easier each step of the way. I don't know what I'd do without each of them. They respond quickly to questions and concerns and Melinda always calms me during transfer times.

Everyone at the office including Dr.Shapiro has been fantastic. Warm, welcoming staff that has made the process super easy. We would definitely reccomend.

After being on this journey for four years we met with Dr. Shapiro and his wonderful staff. From the very first visit it was refreshing to have all our questions answered, and we felt encouraged and not treated like an "old couple". Dr. Shapiro and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. We felt very comfortable in every minute of this stressful journey. Great doctor and understanding staff

Dr. Shapiro was wonderful in helping us expand our family. He was honest and gave us realistic expectations while also showing compassion to our situation. He always had time to listen to our concerns and put us at ease. I was not a fan of the business office, as their communication skills are lacking when it come to payment, causing unnecessary stress before big medical procedures.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. I must say I came with a lot of anxiety and everyone including the ultrasound techs understood and handled me with kitten gloves. I am very pleased with the process, and I would recommend anyone with challenges to visit Dr. Shapiro.

I chose Dr. Shapiro because I was told that he would "get things done" and would be very direct. He spent a lot of time with us, answered our plethora of questions and was very responsive to our needs. I liked his directness and thought he had a wonderful bedside manner as well. I always felt confident in our course of career and am thankful for our time with him.

He was accurate on my diagnosis and he was always very reassuring. Everything happened really fast and my husband and I are very happy with Dr. Shapiro and all the staff. Thank you so much!!

We just graduated with our second baby from RBA thanks to Dr. Shapiro. He's been so patient, kind and funny through the years to help us make it through some difficult times to some finally great outcomes. That staff at the office is also fantastic. The first time I met with Dr. S, I knew he' d be the one to help my husband and I become parents. He had different approach than other doctors I had seen. He had studied my history prior to meeting with me and it was relief to not have to repeat my 2 year prior history. We were successful in on the first try via IUI. Fast forward 3 years later, he's now helping us with baby number 2 via IVF. He and his whole team, have been a joy to work and I'd highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Shapiro and his staff was more than Awesome. Dr. Shapiro is patient, caring, and explains everything in a understanding manner. During my visits he was positive and upbeat and very receptive to my many questions. He's a Great doctor and his experience shows. His staff of nurses Kelly and Diana were so nice and helpful in ever way to make us feel comfortable about the whole process from beginning to end. We are so happy we chose RBA to help expand our family.

Simply Amazing!!!

Dr. Shapiro has been wonderful throughout our entire journey. He helped us have our first son, and we are back to expand our family. We have had such a delightful experience throughout a process that can be very stressful. We're forever thankful for the care that we've had at RBA.

Love working with him

The staff is very nice in person and the 3 appointments I have had were pleasant however it feels impossible to get anyone on the phone ever. I had an HSG test done about 3 weeks ago and I called 4 days before my next scheduled appointment to reschedule because of a work conflict. I called several times and left messages. I received a voicemail on the day of that appointment saying I had missed my appointment. I immediately called back to explain that I had tried to call to reschedule but no one answered yet again so I left a message again. It has now been 2 weeks since then and can’t get ahold of them. I’ve called almost every day, left multiple messages and have heard absolutely nothing. How can I trust a practice to handle my fertility if I can’t get one human on the phone let alone an appointment to find out what’s going on with my body. I haven’t even met my doctor yet. I am not one to ever complain but this is ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. Dr. Shapiro is a Great Doctor, very knowledgeable. If he could be a little patient with his patients just a few extra moments to sit and talk and make sure the patient is comfortable and all questions are answered.

Really felt comfortable in our consult. Spoke to us as people, not patients. High level of respect for his patients. Looking forward to more interactions.

Dr. Shapiro was a pleasure to work with during this...at times...complicated process. His willingness to explain, often time though humorous stories were just the right touch to answer our questions while putting us at ease. I'd recommend this practice to anyone!

We absolutely love dr Shapiro. He was warm knowledgeable and thorough. He spent lots of time with us at our first appt explaining all options. We still keep in touch with him!!
