Very informative, patient, and understanding doctor. I left feeling much more informed than I ever did with my surgeon.

I will admit that I read the reviews on Dr Saviers before my appointment because it was my first time. My anxiety rose some, but I knew I needed the nerve test done. I went in and it was a little warm and had an odor, but fans were blowing as if the cooling system was down. The receptionist/scheduler was nice, asked me the questions she needed to and handed me my paperwork to finish out front. I was on the last page when the MA came to get me to take me to the room. She asked me the questions on the last page to answer them for me. She gave me instructions on the gown and that the Dr would be in soon. She was nice, but talked fast so I was a little confused on some of the questions, but she was patient. The Dr arrived about 5 mins later and asked how I was doing and what my issues were. He then explained what we were doing and each part of it. I had ZERO issues with him and would gladly see him again! The only thing that I found odd was he told me "get dressed when you're ready and then wait here". The MA came back a few mins later and saw me out. I didn't know I was done LOL but it was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful with education. Dr. Saviers was very thorough and explained the procedures and outcomes in a way I could understand.

If you're looking for a Dr to do a nerve test, I would suggest you keep look.He has a high opinion of himself, but he is just a small, petty man.

He explained the procedure well and answered all my questions.

I see here I am not the only one that has had a terrible experience here. From the billing to the care in the room, or lack thereof, this office failed me on every possible level. Nothing but incorrect information given by front desk staff and mind boggling incompetence from the Dr.

This “doctor “ was rude, sarcastic, and condescending in my recent visit. He said he didn’t know why I was there, told me I had ‘no good reason’ to be there. I finally told him to end the evaluation. My worst experience in a doctor’s office in my life.

My visit with Dr. Saviors and his staff this morning, was very satisfying! I found his staff to be very friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Saviors was kind, very helpful and very professional! The Staff was very friendly and the Dr. very thorough. He explained the procedure every step of the way; I was very comfortable.

Upon arrival for the procedure I was greeted coldly and told to just sit and wait since I was early. Despite there being no one else in the office, I waited for 10 minutes before finally given paperwork to complete. Then I waited another 35 minutes, again without any other patients coming in or out. When I finally asked how long I would need to wait as I had other appointments to get to, the physician’s assistant acted surprised I was there and finally came to take me in several minutes later. I was checked in and briefly met with Dr. Saviers where he, for the last time, reassured me when I said I was quite nervous, that there would be no side effects and the test would at worst give me very mild discomfort, but only during the procedure itself. During the procedure, I experienced an extreme amount of pain. Only a couple of times did he ask if I was ok, but did not seem very concerned about my fear or dis-ease. When he was done, he simply left. No follow up instructions, or asked how I was doing, despite my tears, or tried to put me at ease in any way. He didn’t ask if I was in pain. His demeanor and manner during the entire appointment felt very cold. As I was leaving the office, I mentioned to the assistant that my hand was in some pain. She assured me that my “mild discomfort” should be gone by the time I got home. And if I was still experiencing anything, to take some Ibuprofen. I tried to explain that it was neither mild nor discomfort, but in fact quite a bit of severe pain. She again kind of shrugged and said it should just go away. No other words of comfort or care. I literally could not use my hand the rest of the day. The next morning my hand was bright purple in the test area. I called the office a couple of days after and explained the bruising had expanded and turned yellowish, but was told there was no chance the procedure caused the trauma I had. I do not recall being told “I’m sorry” even once. The basic task of showing patient empathy was completely absent from the staff. For two weeks, my hand was deeply bruised and in considerable pain. As a freelancer who works from home and solely responsible for the work provided to my clients, I was unable to do my job. All of my work is computer based. Because my mousing hand was severely damaged, I had to tell my clients their work would be delayed by at least 2 weeks. When the test results did arrive, all results were normal and no nerve issue was discovered from the procedure. Which begged the question why did I experience such dramatic side effects from a procedure that I was repeatedly told had none? I asked for a reduction given the circumstances and side effects I had clearly suffered as a result of the procedure. The office manager again assured me there could not have been any side effects resulting from the test, that any trauma I had experienced was a result of my “over-sensitivity” to the procedure - which in turn I asked her if my “over sensitivity” could be a result of the procedure being performed incorrectly - she replied that in no way could that be possible, which leaves us with the only logical explanation of a side effect to the procedure, which she again denied. This is a conundrum of absurd logic, and further showed the lack of empathy to a patient of this practice. When I explained to her about losing work, she simply said, “We didn’t tell you to take time off of work.” I explained that I was literally forced to, I could not physically DO my work, and she again, retorted with that being my choice. I was astounded. I hoped to seek relief of payment for a test that was either: 1 - performed incorrectly which resulted in side effects not typical, or 2 - performed correctly, but had side effects that were described incorrectly to me repeatedly. The office manager replied only a payment plan would be an acceptable alternative to paying in full. Again without any sympathy to the pain I experienced or sense of remorse but almost as though I was making up a story to get out of paying a bill. Clearly patients are just a means to a paycheck. These are the meanest, most insensitive, most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. Excellent Physician. Explained EMG test thoroughly. Explained about my spinal condition more than any other physician I have seen. Very caring physician. I would highly recommend him.

I AM IN WORSE PAIN SINCE SEEING THIS DOCTOR. I WONDER IF HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. I THINK HE DAMAGED MY NERVES. HE IS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T RELAX HE WOULD QUIT. HOW CAN A PERSON RELAX HAVING NEEDLES STUCK IN THEM. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM. I HOPE I RECOVER FROM THIS VISIT.

My appointment with this office started out well with the front office staff. That was pretty much it! I have never met such a rude physician as Dr. Saviers, in my life. He would not talk to me or listen to what I was trying to explain, he has no bedside manor. He was clearly in a hurry through my NCS testing, at the last he inserted the needles in my low back and I simply said Ouch that hurt's, he said "That's it I'm Done", walked out, I never saw him again. I was very bruised the next day, every where he inserted the needles I would never recommend this Doctor, as he calls himself, to anyone! Dr. Daniel Saviers needs to retire, he obviously does not like what he is doing anymore.. My advice is STAY AWAY from this one. The man had little to NO empathy and did not explain the level of pain for the test he was conducting. I kept asking questions and he was abrupt and did not appear to want to even answer simple questions. The test was extremely painful and he yelled at me. I could not even complete the test because of the pain and he got up and just walked out. Nope, never again.

I saw Dr. Saviers a few weeks ago to see if I had carpal tunnel. Firstly I sat in the waiting room for well over an hour. When I finally saw him, he rushed through a NCS/EMG and didn't find anything. Charged me over $1400 to test just one arm. I was also fairly annoyed that the doctor didn't stick around to talk about my immediate diagnosis, but rather had his assistant do it, who couldn't really answer my questions. They gave me some stretches to do and no further instructions on how to treat the pain, numbness, etc. that I was (and still am) experiencing. I won't see him again. The staff kept me waiting for 30min plus and I was the first appt of the day. I had to ask repeatedly for someone to explain the procedure to me, because no one had explained anything. When Dr Saviers did explain it, he talked down to me the whole time. He asked me questions but cut me off mid-answer, or got extremely irritated. Reminded me a lot of a small child throwing a tantrum. He actually stormed out of the room. The whole office is a mess.

He is the rudest Dr. I have ever met in my life. Tried to tell me I have tendinitis in my left thumb cause I write with it when I am right handed. Then walked out of the room when I asked him to explain further.
